- Facebook Disabled ME!!!! It's the Facebook Breath of DEATH! No customer service, no one to talk to and resolve the issue. Total nightmare. Facebook Disabled Me Permanently! No reason, no warning, no explanation, no way to dispute it. Here are 6 Steps I took to Full Recovery - I got my account reinstated after 3 months. my account was also disabled Instagram was hacked and because they are linked there goes the facebook account - no warning that there was a login from another place just your account was deactivated. funny thing if you want to to restore it -fill the forms - enter the info then login into your account to see how to proceed BUT you cannot login because you are disabled. No live chat no support of any kind - no-one replies to your messages.
It’s horrible! I know. Follow the steps and open another temporary account so you can contact them. They really have the worst customer support but there is no way around it. Believe me I wish it were different. But keep at it. They reactivated my account after 3 months and I have heard of similar stories so don’t give up! 🐝
Just happened to me. Got an email that someone had used my email to sign in from Vietnam. I rarely go on, but clearly they did something. So frustrating - thank you for hope.

Don’t give up. Keep pushing until they reinstate your account. If I was able to do it I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to. But it hurts that I know 🫣

Great video. My account got disabled yesterday because someone hacked into my account and posted pornographic pictures. They asked me to provide a picture ID and I did but after they disabled my account and told me that it was their final decision. Just unbelievable.

Me too I was disabled 11 of November 2022, I know that I didn't follow or violated their rules but I didn't do that such thing to copy anything or being bad to their post that I have been shared a week before I got suspended. I am so terrible what Facebook did to my Account. I still hoping and praying that one day my Disabled FACEBOOK account will be back to normal.

This has happened to me twice with signing into the account the I have been with with them for many years have never had this much trouble until now.

I have just had my account disabled as it was hacked and the hackers put porn up.
So now they are saying it’s permanently disabled. So annoying as there is no one you can contact.
You will be able to contact someone at some point but you need to get yourself back on track. Go through the process and you may be able to get your account back. If it happened to me I’m sure it’s going to happen to you. Be relentless but remain polite and patient. Best of luck 🐝

My account was hacked and the people who hacked it posted things that went against community standards. I managed to secure my account and change my password but then it was disabled straight after. I have tried everything to get it back but nothing is working, no one is getting back to me.
It’s absolutely horrendous. I really hope Facebook will find a way someday to provide some kind of customer service. There seem to be quite a lot of people going through the exact same thing and having no resource whatsoever. I’m so sorry. I hope you find a way

You are in the right frame of mind. But if you do want reinstated I’m sure you will be able to if you keep at it. And you are right, those hackers do not want to help you. They are trying to fish for people and scam them. I have spent hours removing their relentless replies to try to save people from those scams. It is so unfortunate. I was suspended this morning. I'm told its 30 days.
I'm told if my appeal fails, I'm told I'm gone.
They will not tell me what I actually am accused of.
They just clam up. No reply what so ever.

My account was my personal account but I got it reinstated through my business account. The business account is the one that was hacked. Someone in China was placing ads through my business account and therefore they disabled my personal account. It was a nightmare process but it worked after months of continued requests. Everything on the video is the process I used to get it reinstated. I suggest you do the same, use patience and remain polite but never give up. I hope you get it back soon

Hello, my personal account got disabled out of nowhere (it seems it's happening to many people), with no warning, no explanation, it just said it was disabling my account and It keeps asking me to upload photos of my official IDs, I've already done it but it still won't give me access back. The problem is I managed a business account too. I don't think FB is giving me my personal account back (and I'm tired of uploading ID's to no avail) but what's going to happen to the business account? will it go away once my personal account is shut down or will it remain out there in limbo? will I be able to use the same FB business url if the business page shuts down too? My son has an Oculus. Could I use his to help me with getting my FB page back? I was also hacked in an old email address that I hadn’t used in at least 10 years. I didn’t even know it was still active.

A few days ago my Facebook was suspended. My message says I violated their rules. The morning before my account was suspended, I had logged into my mail and someone had reset my password, after 1 minute was logged into my account and then Facebook suspended me for breaking the rules. I didn't even understand what had happened and what I had done wrong. It all happened while I was sleeping. I want to ask if these methods you describe in the video would work?
That’s exactly what happened to me. Someone had hacked into my account and was using my business account to purchase ads on my behalf. There are a lot of scammers out there that are doing this. You need to protect your accounts by changing the passwords often and make them very hard. Go through the process and you should be able to get your account reinstated but it will take time and diligence. Don’t lose hope keep at it and stay polite. Best of luck. Thank you for your message
Same happend to me, wasn't even using Facebook. My pc got a malware, the entered in all my accounts. I could see that the hacker bought a business ADS. Because I received that they approved the ad, then dissaproved the ad.. but yesterday July 21,22 was my final day. To see that today the 22 it still says one more day left of review..which I think it will not be over yet.

Do all the steps in the video and be patient. It worked for me but it was a long and horrible 3 months. I never thought I would get it back. It had been removed from Facebook all together. So there is a chance you will get yours back as well.
Thank you for the awesome video. The FB account on my computer was disabled today but I may not want to have the account reinstated. I deactivated my account and when I was ready to activate it I forgot my password so I clicked on reset password. I never received a code and so after two days I decided to open a new account. While I was entering the information I received a notice from FB that my account was being disabled! I found out it was because of the blurry profile picture and I was requesting too many friends. Ha! I disagreed with their decision so I sent them a clear picture of just myself. Today I was advised my account was disabled and there was no way to reverse the decision. Accounts are hacked, false info is given out, there are those who use profanity in every other word and those who post lewd pictures of themselves or others but that's okay they're not going against their 'community standards'. What they can't do anything about is my FB account on my phone. My friend list, my pictures and videos are there. I was using my computer because I type faster, can open several tabs and multitask which I was used to at work. I would do with FB altogether but I would miss my newly found relatives and friends. I really think they need to come up with a proper customer service for all disabled accounts. It’s unbelievable that they provide no support, no detailed and specific info or reason for permanent deletion of what seems like years of OUR personal data. It really pissed me off. I have tried everything. My facebook account was hacked and I've clicked the email link that says it wasn't me, but I've been disabled. I tried to contact someone through FB business, but I don't get to where I can email anyone. When I report it, it doesn't go through. I was emailing with someone from oculus, because I have one, but they couldn't help. Do you have any email or specific connections? I am sick to my stomach that I lost everything over 10 years.
Yes that sounds about right! It’s hell. Open another account as I explain how to do it and start contacting them and keep at it regularly. You may get your account reactivated after a while. It happened to me after 3 months and it happened to many others so don’t give up. Unfortunately they have terrible customer service if any 🐝

Hello Katia Good Day! I’ve been isolated in sadness for months and still cannot recover what facebook has done to me I have nowhere else to go for help. I make multiple accounts but still getting disabled. As what you have said that I’ll need to use vpn and incognito so that I’ll be an anonymous user will this be a help for making a new account not getting disabled again? By the way I want to use my real name and my real address I dont want to impersonate someone. Hopefully you will recognise me.
Hey. You need to not use your name if you want to create a temporary account. The idea is to find a way back to your real account d’Hicham should have your name etc… what I am referring to is a quick account just to be able to access Facebook support so they can help you. But it’s always complicated. They need to upgrade their customer service. It’s bad!
I have had my account since 2005 I don't really use it I use messenger for business and private however sometimes I will scroll down Facebook and I rarely comment and when I do comment I usually get restricted for a day or two my Facebook has been disabled as of yesterday at first I got restricted for 5 days because I saw a picture resembling Hitler and I made a joke about Hitler which is apparently against the rules to bring up Hitler or even comment the name and I appealed to that stating if they don't want stuff like that to happen then they shouldn't allow pictures resembling Hitler the next day it said they were deciding to disable it in 30 days and put me on read only mode well while having sexy time with my girlfriend over messenger snapping pics and sending them 😉 they said that I was breaking the rules by posting pornography when I was in a private chat on incognito mode and they disabled it right away so I made a new account and regained ownership of my business group and they told me I couldn't post more then 2 times a day as per spamming rules in my group The one I created so I disagreed and now they are moving to disable my new account because I disagreed with their decision to temporarily block me from posting in my group as well they are saying that I'm using multiple accounts because the other email I have is connected to my previous account that they already disabled and are asking if that's me but rather than having an input box to give my explanation it just gives an option to say this is or isn't you of course I say this isn't me but I'm also waiting for the appeal to be reviewed and they will likely disable that account to now it used to be I could just create a messenger without having a Facebook but I see that isn't possible anymore

Hello, I just had the same problem with someone hacking my business account on October 18, 2022. They used my credit card and kept posting ads under my account name, but I was able to close the credit card before they took all the money. They only took $1.55, and now my account is disabled. I have proof and an email after they disabled it, but I don't know how to show it to Facebook.
Sent it to them as an attachment. Take a screen shot of your email, or print as pdf and sent it to customer service. Best of luck!!!

Keep sending emails. They did not respond to me either. It’s very difficult to get feedback but somehow they finally reactivated my account so don’t give up! 🐝
2 weeks ago my Facebook account was hacked and someone used my credit card to pay for posts on Facebook Ads that violated their terms. Within couple of hours I was permanently disabled (also Instagram and Messenger). I can’t find how to fix it. But today was the worst - I was also banned from WhatsApp. I’m devastated. This is too much. I didn’t do anything wrong and someone stole my money and my accounts with all the memories and if I won’t find a solution I’ll have to change my phone number…😢

Each time I try to contact Oculus on the website it opens up my Facebook to contact them and since my Facebook is not active I can't go further with contacting Oculus
You should call their customer service by phone. I was able to speak to someone there directly

It's been two weeks since my account got blocked. I've tried recover it using identity card but it's not working. Their customer service is really bad.
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I couldn’t agree more. Just go through the process and don’t give up. They must be inundated with such requests - there are a lot of scammers hacking accounts which is probably the main reason why they are disabling accounts at such an alarming rate. Hello Madam, my facebook has been disabled on July 14th suddenly. I admit that I commit some mistakes on that social media platform but I'm just a human and everyone does that too. When my account was disabled, I looked at every possible mistake I may have made. Unlike you I didn’t think I had really broken any golden rose. I found out it was just a hacker using my account. Facebook doesn’t take that into consideration. They just deactivate the account and we have to fight to try to get it back. I hope you do. Don’t lose hope. Keep at it. You need to open another account to get access to your business page and contact them from your business page. I hope this helps.

The Oculus trick doesnt work anymore, Oculus is no longer dependant on you having a facebook account.

@@Gillan1220 I lost the Facebook page for 3 months after than initial review time. Everything had been deleted. I thought it was gone forever. I had to have access to Facebook for work so I did everything I could think of to get a presence somehow that would allow me to continue to do my job. That’s how I miraculously got my account reinstated. I did exactly what I explain on the video. I wish you luck! Keep trying. Don’t give up.
