I tried the first step using ID and used my phone number and email and both times it keep saying my email is wrong and the phone number is wrong so I can’t even get past the first way .
After several attempts i was able to submit the selfie video verification but never succeeded getting beyond that bc it says they couldn't confirm my identity,I had no choice than to reach out to NCK MYTHSS1,he was able to kick the hackers out and get me back into my account
