I feel this is very relevant with respect to social media couples. They always look happy their posts. Then, at some point, they post an unexpected break up vid stating that their relationship has been rocky, etc. I think exposing your relationships puts added pressure because it is like you have to keep up a certain fake facade to give the viewers what they want. This leads to them experiencing burn out and start to crumble.

@@sonicxis4everThe life comparisons to social media creators. I live with my mom right now for various reasons. Having friends and not wanting to socialize at all. I’ve gotten rid of social media and taking this time to really work on myself. I’m working on getting to a healthy place mentally, physically, and spiritually before I enter any new relationship of any kind. It’s not easy because you feel somewhat like a failure because everyone else is seemingly thriving. Whilst you figure out what is wrong with me and what should I be doing? So I’m in that process now because I’m tired of being on this end of my story I’m ready to thrive. I know that was a lot. 😂

@@teomesay7024 I'm in the same boat. I always felt like I didnt have my life together because so many guys on instagram live in a loft or flat, have a GF, financially stable, have an expensive espresso machine....I'll never forget this guy who was always running shirtless on the beach...and I wondered why he never seemed to be at school or work! I unfollowed him but I realized how unhealthy this was.
