Do u remember how quickly the price of goods like to hand sanitizer doubled in just 14 days due to panic buying and shortages when COVID started? In principle BTC could do exactly the same thing. I predict when the supply crunch comes which we only be a week or two BTC will double very quickly. This is why and how some models have been suggesting $500,000 as the price by end of cycle. There has to be a massive move up now to get to this figure in the next 18 months. I think James knows it.

Point of clarification, pizza wasn't purchased on 5/18. That's the day he posted his intention to trade Bitcoin for pizza. It took days for someone to take him up on the offer. The transaction was on 5/22 if memory serves me right. Great show !

Hi James, I just heard yr comment on Grayscale versus the big hedge funds allocating on Gbtc not on Ibit, but wouldn’t it be that all these were already with them, maybe with even bigger figures before they became ETFs? grayscale were the Huge Btc fund before not any other one at least that we know that is a Btc ETF now.

Hello James, question for Q&A. How does inflation increase the price of hard assets like BTC? I get more dollars to buy less grocery's but the grocers determine the price of grocery's while buyers and sellers are determining the price of BTC.
Laszlo has been interviewed about this purchase in recent years. He says he has no remorse and was happy to have done it. He wanted to prove a point that bitcoin could be used as a medium of exchange.

Thanks James. One possible eventuality and a cause for a bit of a concern is that, If things continue parabolic for BTC adoption and its value, we may witness sometime in the future the rich and powerful elites of every country competing to hold at least one BTC treating BTC like a Fabrege egg i.e as symbol of high status and more than a currency ....then the scarcity would be very high that we may witness an auction for 1 BTC in Sothebys and Christies for the rich to fight for it.
