-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-1 and 1/2Kilo Pork belly sliced into strips
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper

-water enough to submerge the meat
-5Tbsp calamansi juice

niluto ko to ng madaling araw for lunch namin kasi may work. Hindi muna dapat ako kakain kaso ang sarap! hahahaha! eto ung lasa ng pork adobo na gusto ko. Sakto din ung mga ingredients sa 1kg na pork na ginawa ko, nilagyan ko lang konting salt. Ung sauce nanunuot talaga sa laman at super lambot din. Thank you for sharing this recipe. Tried this today masarap! If there’s something I can comment on is yung oyster sauce is a bit too much. Since thicker consistency siya 5tbsp is a lot pala. Mejo umalat. Start with 3tbsp then make adjustments as necessary. But this is really good. 👍🏻

Ang galing mo kuya mag “sangkutsa”. I think yan and ang wok nagpapasarap ng luto. Nahihirapan ako minsan sa wok kase mabilis ang mag heat up ang na buburn ko ang niluluto ko. 😂
