It's debt restructuring - do the media have an inability to tell the truth ? 😂
When your own accounts say that it's not guaranteed Everton are a Going Concern then it is not out of the question that Everton could go into administration
Leicester fan we face a points deduction and the possibility of selling our best players ,why is'nt it just about football ,i feel so sorry for the Everton fans i hope it works out for the toffees ,a great club with great support. Honestly goodluck from the foxes.
Why ? Simple, because teams have used the money that breached the rules to strengthen their teams - the only effective sanction is points.
It would just be about football if you didn't break the rules you signed up to.
@@thelimey351have you seen Everton’s team? They’ve sold players. Bottom 3 for net spend over past 5 years. They’ve been punished for how they have treated interest on loans for the new stadium in their accounts, all of which have been done to international accounting standards and audited, but the corrupt premier won’t accept. Also note, it’s a stadium that they are funding themselves, not given a free one like Man City and West Ham or receive government grants and tax breaks like Tottenham. Also Everton were impacted by the Russian invasion of Ukraine as Usmanov was sanctioned, and thus didn’t receive the intended payment for naming rights for the stadium which would have prevented a PSR breach. So get your facts straight!
@@brianball2963 Yeah mate, the dog ate their homework as well...
Could well be a huge point deduction for Leicester as they massively broke FFP rules and they deservedly should be punished harshly
As a Everton fan, I wish I’d never heard of this new stadium
I would of happily stayed at goodison forever tbh
40-50M for Branthewaite. What are you smoking?
Which toe ?
As an Arsenal fan who has a soft spot for Everton I send you my commiserations. But the conspiracy theorist in me believes something is up Everton vs EPL.
We’ve been saying it all season, as soon as we get ourselves out of trouble something else comes our way , couldn’t write it they will do anything to get us down
I’m a Newcastle fan but I really feel bad for Everton and everything this is putting the fans through. Deserve better than this looming over them after securing safety recently as well
Can’t say I feel sorry for a Scouse-Mackem lol but yeah sad affair from a fan perspective
Happened 3 times to Luton, we fought back
You are 24hrs behind. Clueless talksport. It's basic debt restructuring
The truth is not a clickable story though. They would rather spread total bs and get more views. Talksport 💩🤡
No Simon no party.
Simon = top LAD proper clobber
Basic debt restructuring 😂
Pull the other one...
Is it basic debt restructuring though? Everything that I have read elsewhere, looking as an outsider in, sounds much more serious.
Why does Everton need multiple loans as working capital to fulfil day to day running cost?
That makes it sound to me that they can't afford day to day running costs themselves......
What is the point of PSR if Everton are going to go into administration, it's absolutely meaningless and not fit for purpose. They will be forced to sell their best players and drop further down the table.
What about Newcastle man United and chelsea injuries
That’s down to a disorganised medical setup.
Behind the times with this, old news. Also, Branthwaite £40m? For one leg maybe.
Everyone knows eve are desperate, they won’t get full value for him
Everton fans over pricing ay
Maddison and Gordon were sold for £40m.
This lad will go further than Maddison or Gordon ,,at lot futher
Which toe ?
They won't. Moshiri is an accountant and knows if they go into administration, he'll lose his money. He'll pony up get to the new stadium then sell it.
but is he owner or the front man
Owner or front man they lose everything if the club goes into administration
Matt Hughes broke this and he hates Everton
It's not a false story, this was inevitable. We can't keep funding a war against a country using our football clubs to fund their fight against us. If they'd sold when told originally, they could've spent over 1bn like chelsea
Hides in our bins 😂
It's funny how the Premier league slowed down 777 buying the club quicker, the whole thing stinks
As a palace fan I can relate when mr jordan thought he was the dogs ⚽️ rly hope Everton stay there a good club
The real question is will the prem approve them as owners with this sort of thing going on
The way they have Problems with counting expenses and invoice it perhaps is to the Clubs benefit until they find the administrative staff familiar with football maths. The supporters deserve piece of mind.
Our current owner Moshiri is an actual accountant! I always likened Moshiri and the board to the Emperor Nero who was caught playing the fiddle while his empire burnt down.
@@bluenose7984
well accountant in a well street trader player or similar is perhaps as fitting the subject as Sunak can make use of his accountant knowledge when failing to come up with the right appointing of the right determinators.
Maybe Everton should explore ownership not just 777 but look at other investors also
777 Partners are doing everything in their power to get Everton relegated for the sole purpose of buying them on the cheap.
Love it !
As a Forest fan I wish Everton and Leicester all the best. As like another comment said it "it should be about the football!"
Just as we all thought Everton were out of it they are plunged straight back into it
Stop feeling sorry for Everton. Their owners are totally responsible for the state they are in.
Everton fans convinced it’s a conspiracy. No, 9 points for administration has been the rule for 20 years and not changed
It's not happening
@@Efcdan1878 no buyer by september then it is
7:07 does crooke get his news from 3 day old tweets??😂😂😂
This is exactly WHY the financial rules are in place, to prevent insolvency of football clubs… and yet the same clubs cry when they got points deducted…
Didn’t work tho did it deducting Everton points
Will get them in the end 😂😂😂😂 don't worry stopped liverpool trophy @shuckylad
@@shuckylad It has had, somewhat, of a positive effect since Everton did not frivolously spend in January and their summer activity will certainly be tempered. Ultimately, the rules are doing the job as they will avoid a Portsmouth or Derby situation. Administration sounds bad, but the situation would be worse if their hand was struck!
Hector Voorhees isn't crying
How do the rules help if the rules have put a side into administration (which still not be the case) but if it is the rules have caused it.
Everyone credits RDZ like he has done a good job, since he took over Brighton they have been declining. It was Potter who was in charge when Brighton done well. People seem to forget that
No it wasn’t? Potter left Brighton in September/October, and De Zerbi took them to Europa league
@jamesgunn7 RDZ took a fully built team that was already on that trajectory to Europe which Potter would have done if Chelsea hadn't come in for him. Since RDZ took over they have slowly gone down hill. That is a fact
@@derangedwowedwon the same amount of games as Dyche
@@Efcdan1878dyche won one more
Everton can’t catch a break. 1 step forwards, 2 steps back. I think Dyche was unlucky he didn’t get manager of the month for April. Yes, they got hammered 6-0 by Chelsea, but apart from that, they got 4 wins, with 4 clean sheets, and a draw to Newcastle
They NEED to sell. Were fighting a war against their owners and they are funding their fight against us with our own countries football club. Its a fkin joke. Sell and you'd be free to do as you like, look at Chelseas spend in the same time, but they're OK?
Can’t catch a break ? They should have had a points deduction last season and should have gone down ?
Van der berg?😂
40/50 million??? Talking out the rear there. He’s the best young British centre back since Stones. He’s better than him at the same stage.
Double that Gabbi.
if they’re forced to sell however, he’s a buyers market
No it's the money problems they are in they be forced to sell they need the money more then the player
80-100 million for someone who’s made only 32 appearances? Wow. He’s good, looks promising. but that’s an insane amount to suggest
If you sold Gordon for 47 million then surely Branthwaite is the same or less
@@mmanews5604 Why? Gordon was in and out of the team, and showed nowhere near the consistency Branthwaite has. Gordon had about 5 career goals when we sold him, less than Branthwaite from centre back 😂
Fofana and Maguire both went for 80mill each ....Branthwaite 40 to 50 mill 😂😂😂😂😂...nobody knows anything reference evertons take over ....its all ..
From what i have heard ..
From what i understand ..
From what i beleive from journalist mouths ....
I thought ffp was there to save clubs from going bankrupt?
They can't do anything if don't deal with your business better
ffp isn't there to save clubs, it"s there to deter overspending, the problem is the premier league clubs thought they were immune from sanctions
@@deanmckay-rapson5225They were, until the government started talking about an independent regulatory body.
All the reports you’re reading are from journalists are Liverpool fans, there’s no truth in us going into administration, we still generate a lot of income, so it won’t happen..
Everton doing Everton things 😂
At least they have their Keyrings 😂 bye bye
Well they need to get their owners sorted out the club is up for sale also Everton maybe forced to sell players
Van Der Berge 😂😂
40 to 50 million pound 😂😂 That’s half the price Gabby
If this is true, it would be absolutely tragic for Everton and their supporters, I think they're the club that has been in the 1st Division/Premier League longer than anyone else.
Everyone can moan all they like about the punishment dished out.
But evertons owners have put them in this position.
Moshiri employed expensive managers who achieved very little.
Moshiri bought to many players who were everybodys cast offs on exorbitant wages.
Moshiri commissioned the building of a new stadium that he can now not afford without dodgy loans.
Moshiri has got everton linked to 777 who are a cowboy outfit and not fit for purpose ownibg football clubs.
Feel sorry for the loyal fan base but its all self inflicted by arrogant owners who wanted success to quickly.
oh no... not Everton.
Aww, just the person you want to talk about finances... Gabby 😄
They truly are a massive embarrassment to football.
Another clown 🤡
But City with 115 charges, Chelsea owned by a shady billionaire for 20 years and LFC fans at Heysel are all okay? Wake up - the whole league absolutely stinks of corruption.
The ? u really have to ask about Everton and thier administration problems is that brand new shiny stadium they’ve been building because A. Will it indeed serve its purpose IF they are plunged into it and B. As it was one of the 8 controversially chosen in the dossier for Euro 2028. Will Anfield replace it, somehow methinks it won’t now because of UEFAs totall snobbery towards it despite all the millions of C.L & E.L games and lest we forget Euro 96 that have gone before
40/50 million,behave yourself
Hilarious😂😂😂
Point deduction incoming
And ....don't make a difference the bottom 3 teams will always be at a poor standard coming up and if they want to spend or bring in lots of players they will get a points deduction like forest...Everton have had 8 points taken off them ...
One part of the season they had one win in 15 ...2nd lowest scorers in the league and are still 10 points clear
And its Liverpool fans who complain 😅
More like 100 million for Branthwaite Gabby

Personally i cant see a single player currently in the Everton squad thats worth 40mil+

Everton have had enough? Is this guy for real? Clubs have gone and some have gone into administration, whilst Everton build a new stadium (from loans) AND have had over 200 MILLION in loans from 777 to keep them going.
It's loans for the time being because they can't invest until the takeover goes through... ordinarily the owner would just pay the running costs and who pays for £500-750m stadium without any loans lol
@@Efcdan1878 owners dont pay running costs of a football club, running costs are covered by gate receipts, sponsorships etc etc, not loans - loans to cover running costs means the club cannot cover costs that it should be. So your comment is not correct.
£40m for Branthwaite is comical 🤣😭 £60/70m+. 6’5, quick, good on both feet, only 21 & England international
Good on both feet so he doesn’t fall over then
hard enough having to watch Jordan Prickford every week and now this? Everton should just be flushed down the toilet and reborn as a phoenix club. Absolute rabble.

You shouldve sold when you were told to, its really simple. If you had sold, youdve been allowed to spend over 1bn since 21
What are you talking about?
????? Elaborate
When the Northern scrap (youtube coding) started, the pl clubs with links to russia were told by the UK gov to sell. Chelsea did and see their spending but Everton didn't and see whats happened. I called this exact situation back then, we'd make it that Everton are no longer a financial asset but a burden
@@ashwilliams4959 Moshiri was not told to sell by the PL, and has never been on any sanctions list. Even if that was true (it’s 100% not), it would not have benefited Everton’s PSR position. They breached for period ending June 2022. Selling the club in May 2022 like Chelsea did would have had zero impact on PSR and they would have still been docked points. Still wouldn’t have been able to spend big after that to get back under the limit.
@MikeK01 OK 👍 wrong but OK. Don't you remember boris Johnson had to get involved with chelsea.. just look it up if you don't believe me. Alisher usmanov is the oligarch who got the sanctions, but he only funded and ran the club, moshiri was the cover guy.
Before thinking any of the ffp bs is real, just look at Chelsea. Rules don't seem to apply to them since the sale.. don't try telling me any of their spending is legit when they spent more than city, Liverpool, arsenal and united combined in 12 months.. whilst being the smallest club of the lot.. its like saying man city's spending has been legit yet they've got 115 charges 😂
