Must say, Lockdown is the most serious antagonist in this series. No goofy humour or bad one-liners. All his dialogues are objective and clear. And love the way he puts up a fight against Prime, Bee, Kade, and everyone else.
Megatron hasn't had any weird one-liners though.
The most he's done is sadistically antagonize Same.

Yeah he was referring to Cade and Bee and the others cause Lockdown had no honor like ever. Lockdown is a bounty hunter so that’s an automatic nah in terms of respect. He also killed an enemy field medic while said medic was already dying. Oh and he shot OP in the back like twice. So yeah Lockdown had no honor and no moral code to begin with.
Lockdown killed so many of Primes allies with cheap hiding and ambush tactics. Plus, Lockdown himself hit Optimus from behind so Lockdown doesn’t deserve any honour anyways.

Aside from the great CGI, one of the rare things I admire about the Bayformer movies are the Sound Designs, they really put effort in putting little details that are subtle but effective.
You can also hear these kind of sound effects with the Transformer's footsteps, beautiful.

When he's disarmed by Optimus, he doesn't scramble around in the dirt or desperately try to retaliate. Instead he resorts to use his agility to flip himself around his opponent; before giving them a swift distraction to recover himself.

To be fair, lockdown needs to get few hits in there or else the narrative that Optimus is unbeatable stays, , he is a mercenary and is trained to be efficient, but Optimus being Optimus has to be giving Lockdown a run for his money.

He was done he won the fight but Cade,Bumblebee and the two little lovebirds distracted him from getting Prime to the Knights ship

I see people throwing shade at optimus for saying "honour to the end" while simultaneously stabbing lockdown in the back. The "honour" He was referring to was from a conversation he had with lockdown before where lockdown mocked him for being true and loyal and honest to humans who he considered to be inferior. Optimus said he had made a promise to humans, and he would keep it because of his honour. Lockdown said this honour would get optimus killed, and that he should let it go. After that lockdown left. Near the end as well, lockdown does say "you saved the human instead of saving yourself?" referring to that conversation. When optimus kills him finally, he says "honour to the end," Meaning that optimus would honour his promise to protect humans untill the end. He wasn't talking about the warrior's honour lol.

I love how despite the chaos Optimus kept his composure and he didn't panic nor hesitated to kill lockdown, the way how prime cut lockdown in half is downright brutal, plus prime also knew he had to act quickly to take out lockdown because lockdown was hell bent on killing everyone.
Optimus also knew he was in the fight of his life because all the villains he came across never handled him like lockdown did, so he knew he would have to dig deep down as well as bring out the very best version of himself, lockdown even used prime's own sword against him plus damaged a piece of it as well, pinded him against the wall, i could only imagine how exhausted Optimus was after the fight.
Optimus also thank cade for his help during the fight plus also fending off lockdown himself with his alien gun, optimus not only respected cade as a individual but also as a warrior, for risking his life to protect him as well as never abandoning him either, i feel cade as well as optimus have amazing chemistry plus they are similar to each other than people think in the bayverse.
Thanks to some help from cade as well as his family Optimus was able to defeat the odds stacked against him, when Optimus told Cade honour to the end he meant it, plus it ain't because optimus stabbed lockdown in the back like people think, in which what people also forgot earlier in the flim when optimus was fighting galvatron he was shot through his shoulder by lockdown while his back was turned towards galvatron as well pieces of his armour plates came off.

Lockdown isn't a Decepticon, just a bounty hunter that made a deal with a human.

I always liked how taking down Lockdown was a team effort. In the end they needed two Autobots and three humans all working together to pull it off.

Cade must be the strongest man ever to live, he can hold off lockdown's fist (after lockdown pushed a sword through Optimus and concrete). That said, this fight was awesome and lockdown is probably the most condescending villain we've gotten in a transformer film.

People keep saying they prefer Sam over Cade. Me too. But honestly it's kind of refreshing to see a human equivalent of Optimus since Sam is more like the human equivalent of Bumblebee
People can't understand.
Sam just runs around the battleground waiting for an autobot appearance while cade uses his ass bravery and gets some alien rifles and shoots at an antagonist that Is stronger than Optimus himself.
Plus Sam was the reason why Optimus died in tf 2
Sam literally protected the Allspark and almost died from it. He killed Megatron with it rather than kill Optimus. You're telling me you'd have the balls to approach the giant sharp shiny metal monster clawing it's way to you? The same one that previously smacked you off the corner of a building? In Revenge of The Fallen, Optimus died protecting Sam because the Decepticons were *after Sam.* Sam also dedicated his goal to saving Optimus, died, and came back to do so. He literally earned the Matrix of leadership. He's the human equivalent to a prime, like Jack from Transformers Prime.

I may be reading too deep into this small moment, but I noticed when Optimus saw Cade cornered by Attinger at 1:45.
He yells Cade’s name, and Prime probably remembers Sam in the same situation, cornered and gun pointed by probably Attinger as well. Maybe Attinger even recites the same speech to Sam.
But unlike Cade, Sam died, which caused Optimus to be pissed with humans. Which is why he wants to kill them, even screaming out Sam’s name when he was in Cade’s barn.
Optimus Prime killed Attinger so Cade wouldn’t die the same way as Sam.

So, that's why Sam didn't appear since Dark of the moon. Optimus killing Attinger to avenge Sam is actually a Prime thing to do because Sam is a good friend to him, tho mostly because of Bee, but Sam did save Optimus twice and helped out alot. Attinger killing Sam would of course piss Optimus off the most because he couldn't save him then. Same for Ratchet, who's avenged by killing Lockdown.
