In this video, we'll explore 12 unusual signs that could indicate damage to your heart.
It's crucial to know these signs because you can take steps to prevent the disease from getting worse. The prevalent belief that heart damage is always accompanied by clear and noticeable symptoms is somewhat misguided. In fact, factors like silent inflammation, unnoticed stress, or even poor dental hygiene can contribute to heart damage.

I have experienced all of those symptoms except fainting.
Sleep apnea, anxiety irregular heartbeat, AFib.
I've had an ablation done, I take pills for the anxiety and have used a CPAP for the past ten years or more.
My sleep is still tormented though and this past 8 months I've had digestive issues and throat issues as well as ringing in my ears now.
I've had angiogram, colonoscopy, heart profusion test, stress test all of it and there's no end to this Hell.

I am a Woman and they say it is hard to detect women's signs of a heart attack. I have had 2 heart attacks and 2 stents. Men's signs are different than women. I got real nauseated vomiting could not eat and felt a sense of doom.I told my Husband i think i am going to die he took me to the ER and i did have a heart attack! So to all the Women reading this just go to the ER to be on the safe side🙏

My Sister in law kept going to the ER , different ones, 7 times,,,, sent home 6 times,,,, the last dr said it showed she had 7 Heart attacks. Women usually die of heart attacks because all the knowledge, studies, tests were done on men,, not women… The same reason women are denied care and treatment for Breast Cancer,,,, but a man can get insurance to cover a sex change operation… Its a mans world and women don’t matter.

My brothers both complained of chest pain youngest went to ER said he felt like he was having a heart attack they checked him out said nothing was wrong. As he was leaving the ER. He collapsed from a heart attack they hit him with the paddles 8 times before the revived him. My younger brother went to the ER they said your fine. Had went and had calcium test that was over 1100. He had to have bypass surgey but they insisted that he was fine. My point you know your body better than anyone else. Dont settle for " your Fine" you could end up dead.

By reading comments, I see I’m not the only one who feels like it does no good going to doctors. I’ve been to many kinds including heart specialists because my heart rate is always fast like I just got finished being on a treadmill, and after many tests I’m told my heart just beats faster than the normal. So I continue feeling like I’ll have a heart attack or stroke a lot and just let it pass after eating healthy foods like bananas and spinach leaves plus drink a lot of water. I always feel a weird pressure in my heart area though.

To avoid heart disease, adopt a heart-healthy lifestyle. 🩺 Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. 🥦🍓 Include healthy fats like olive oil and omega-3s from fish. 🥑🐟 Exercise regularly, aiming for at least 150 minutes of moderate activity per week. 🚶‍♀🏃‍♂ Quit smoking and limit alcohol to reduce your risk. 🚭🍷 Manage stress with relaxation techniques like meditation or hobbies. 🧘‍♂ Finally, attend regular medical check-ups to monitor blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. 📅 Prioritize your heart health for a longer, healthier life. ❤

I've had 2023 heart monitored and looked at because I was having weakness, and felt like panic attacks constantly....just walking 200 yards or a small set of stairs....I had a right ventricle working harder than normal but it fixed itself.I suppose I could have wrote this different lol.....what I meant was walking 200 yards I'd be outta breath lungs felt heavy,so 2023 I've been having my heart monitored, just to see if that is contributing to my issue.

This is a lie because most times its adverse side effects from medications.. and most medications can cause a stroke or heart attack.. they are induced.. and creates them.. and most need to hydrate.. take vitamins and drink electrolytes.. also if you aren't on medications.. other things can trigger these..going back to the vitamin deficiencies.. and also chronic stress.. dehydration is a major one.. and more.. because dehydration can elevated the blood pressure and also glucose where it appears that you have this condition but don't.. and then get on certain meds that can trigger these very same issues..
