I agree with you EVERY SECOND WAS WORTH IT!!! I think that Pierre didn't RUSH it as most realtors do! He has "mastered" how a house of interest should be shown. When I am "interested" or want to "invest" in a property I desire to be made privy to as many details as possible BEFORE I will even consider going out to the house. There are way too many listings to go to every single one of them. Frankly, it wastes my VALUABLE time. The way Pierre EXPLORES the properties is essential for potential Buyers to get a good idea of what the HOUSE offers BEFORE stepping foot into it! Finding out as much as possible from a tour is essential for me as an investor/homeowner. I am so grateful and appreciate Realtors like Pierre (South Florida Living). Plus, please consider that some of the BUYERS reside in other cities and outside states...perhaps, even other countries, such as Canada, Hawaii, Great Britain (UK), etc.

Love the details you go into, taking your time and showing literally everything. I get so upset when I'm watching a house I'm really interested in but the presenter doesn't even open doors or comment on cabinets, or just flashes the garage for 2 seconds. Also enjoy the down to earth vibes....it doesn't feel like you're some Wall St real estate exec speaking a foreign language.
