I love the neutrals in this home. My type of aesethic. I just don’t like the laundry room is basically in the kitchen. I also wish there was more natural lighting in this home. The outdoor living room is nice. I think this home is small especially the backyard😭

It's not in the best part of Boca. The waterfronts around Mizner Park and Spanish River rd are more desirable. This is worth 5.5 to 6 if we are being generous
