I've always thought that Brad Delson was such an underrated guitarist, he wrote so many banger riffs but I was surprised Guilty All the Same wasn't on here. Definitely one of his best riffs and my personal favourite imo, but great job as always man
@@driftm0nkey241 Mike and Brad wrote most of them together but Mike wasn't as good at playing them as Brad. Mike has always said that he knows enough to make a song and is content with it, the harder things like playing these riffs live is left for Brad.
@@pandyssianrat A lot of them Mike wrote alone. He's talked about how he basically wrote all of "In the End" in one go, and how he took the riff from "Faint" and raised it up an octave compared to the early demo, then wrote different chords to go under it.
I really appreciate how most of these riffs are pretty simple, which makes them very accessible, insanely catchy, and a lot of fun to play. Linkin Park are truly a once in a generation kind of band
It’s easier to make complicated riffs full of complex theory… but it’s harder to make a simpler riff that compliments your song well! That’s why I don’t really have a lot of respect towards TH-cam musicians who make videos just to shout out their technicality and music knowledge… the successful artists out there wrote their simple music for art’s sake and make good songs, not to stand out.
Glad to see Don’t Stay on the list. Don’t Stay in my opinion the most underrated song and riffs from Linkin Park! Probably one of the most underrated Nu-Metal riffs for that matter. Awesome work!
my fav guitar riff is lying from you, especially the chorus . that riff made me fall in love with the band, bc it kinda sounds like its singing along, is just so good imo
@@colorado8avalanche cant believe he put in the end but not with you or forgotten i mean i love in the end right, but it's nowhere near their best riff
Awesome to see Somewhere I Belong here. Delson did a lot to make that song sound really big. And although its simple, its hard to get the nuances right of that particular riff. Its my favorite LP song \m/.
Also because it wasn't electronic as much as the other albums which left Brad an open spot for his creativity to flow out and that made is such a good album combined with Chester's heaviness
Amazing Video as Always! Linkin Park always Wrote My High School Years, Chester was My Inspiration for Singing and Mike Was my Dream Rapper to Meet and Greet. The Band lead me to discover more Alternative and Nu Metal bands, and basically Introduced me to the world of Guitar Playing.
Legitimately teared up watching this video. Well done. The compression and tone was nearly perfect. All the media about the 20th anniversary is bringing me back to middle school.
loved these riffs, Man. But I was waiting Points of Authority and By Myself on the honorable list G the end. awesome guitar sound by the way. Keep it up!
sure Brad’s riffs aren’t the most difficult riffs to play, but that’s what I like about it. They’re simple and fun and easy to learn, and they’re catchy as hell.
I've recently started learning some Linkin Park tunes on guitar, and it gave me respect and appreciation for their work - they use some really interesting tunings, even though a lot of their stuff sounds pretty straightforward at first listen. Love that you're branching out Danilo, and would love to see you continue and highlight some stuff by groups like the Pixies and the Smiths. Keep up the great work!
I've seen a lot of people talking bad about brad delson saying he can't play guitar but the beauty is in simplicity and without brad linkin park wouldn't have sounded the same
The video is great, but I think a lot of other songs deserve a spot in this top: By Myself, Forgotten, Lying From You, Hit The Floor, Bleed It Out, No More Sorrow, Until It’s Gone, Rebellion…
That white Les Paul custom with the pearl inlays is so fucking beautiful. I'm not a guitar player but if I had the skill to back up using that piece of art I would. I don't care about the cost. Shit I would have that mounted on my wall in my drum room just to look at it.

I miss the solo of in pieces
I agree, Guilty all the same is the goat song.
I really appreciate how most of these riffs are pretty simple, which makes them very accessible, insanely catchy, and a lot of fun to play. Linkin Park are truly a once in a generation kind of band
Yeah, it baffles me how simple yet so good they are.

Yet the guy managed to get almost most of them wrong lol! They are little mistakes but so annoying to hear.
❤
Great list, but i think A place for my head deserves a spot on it.
I thought it was going to be number 1 the further the list went on. Guess it's not everyone's cup of tea..
Totally thought it was number one. Bleed it out should be on this list as well
Should have been #1
Brad's riffs are so underrated
i really into brad guitar style, catchy and awesome riffs that match perfectly great songs
yeah it does. :'D sure does. Ah Brad!

“By Myself” and “With You” both are top 5 riffs for me. Such bangers.
Да и песни самые крутые
With you yes
They feel like top 3 to me
@@colorado8avalanche cant believe he put in the end but not with you or forgotten

Given up is my favorite Linkin park song. The riffs are super simplistic but they just hit, especially the pinch harmonics
A place for my head is one of my favorite from this band. Epic riffs
same
A Place For My Head, Hit the Floor, and Points of Authority would be some of my personal picks for the list
Awesome to see Somewhere I Belong here. Delson did a lot to make that song sound really big. And although its simple, its hard to get the nuances right of that particular riff. Its my favorite LP song \m/.
Miss you Chester 😢
Great video Danilo 🤘
To be fair entirety of the hunting party deserves to be in the list. That was the best work of Brad imo.
Second best album after debut imo
Absolutely
Also because it wasn't electronic as much as the other albums which left Brad an open spot for his creativity to flow out and that made is such a good album combined with Chester's heaviness
Top LP riffs without The Hunting Party is cringe
So awesome 👏🎸 LP for life 🤘🏽 Fly High and Rest Easy Chester, we miss and love you brother 🙏🏼❤️
Can't wait to see what the band does on the anniversary of meteora. I hope it's a re release of the album and them guys going on tour
Could be a problem with that…
I know they are releasing the 20th anniversary edition but no I dea for the tour, although it would be really different without Chester..
@@DaniloVicari but what about back vocal at early Linkin Park albums. Did u remember a man with Red head? I think they can take somebody as New vocal
Music is so powerful, i felt the amount of love you have for the band when you played in the end absolute flawless tribute to Chester
1:18 And here it comes, one of the heaviest LP riffs ever.
Awesome video dude. Shockingly accurate to the tone as well. Definitely missing A Place For My Head though... thought that was gonna be in the top 3!
One step closer are so amazing ! 🤘🏻🖤
I really like the riff on 'Pushing me away' as well. People always leave that one out, sadly.
Guess we could say they're pushing it away... hehe...
I'll show myself out.
@@YuryVVV 😂😂😂
Yeah it's real fun to play
Ah my favorite song of all time!
The lead guitar riff is so simple yet emotional.
Love Linkin park, interesting to hear it without singing. Sounds great!
Amazing songs all of them!
My favorite riff to play when I had a 7 string was the main riff of With You, absolutely crushing
The shots on this video are amazing.
I was expecting Bleed It Out to be on the list. It's a simple cord progression but sounds so good.
No vabbè geniale quel pedale!
Ottimo lavoro, complimenti! Linkin Park will live Forever!

Thank you so much, I remember going to middle school as well and listening to Meteora all day long. Good times!
You‘re playing so well👍🏻 The video could have been top 20 so we could here points of authority, a place for my head and so on 😅
Let's rock bro 🤘🤘. I love Linkin Park because the Scream best in the word, and the rytem its wow!
Dope vid clean transitions
loved these riffs, Man. But I was waiting Points of Authority and By Myself on the honorable list G the end.
awesome guitar sound by the way. Keep it up!
Great bass mixing here. Love hearing the bass make the whole track THICK with power, as it SHOULD.
Hell yeah you’ve convinced me to start electric . I want that ombré guitar !
The best band in the world
👏🏻👏🏻
Hunting Party is an underrated album.
Эти рифы навсегда останутся в голове!
I love that PRS custom 24 - beautiful guitar.
Me too! Such a cool one and sounds amazing!

Great stuff! Would love to hear you do Line in the Sand!
Thanks for this, the band themed riffs are rockin!

Damn I was having a good day and you just reminded me about Chester 😢
But great video
I know, sorry for that 😢 Thanks!
Linkin Park is the best rap-rock band ever
Super Riffs 🎸🎶💣💥
They may be easier compared to others but man they sound good!!
Papercut for me have the best riff of link park, mainly the extended version
Great selection dude!
Brilliant choice of Riffs Dude!!! Love the neck on the CU24 Guitar!!!! Also the Guitar ending on in the end was a brilliant touch too!!! 10/10

@@DaniloVicari thank you man!
I think "With You" should've totally been on the list.
Best one IMO is Lying From You. Second to none
this
That opening part of Papercut isn't actually a guitar riff in the original. It's a tone played on an MPC through guitar distortion effects.
Great video Danilo !
