I had a laparoscopic surgery to remove endometrial tissues, right ovarian cyst, hydrosalpinx and fibroids last month here in Nigeria. I'm working on changing my diet and lifestyle generally to help kick against recurring issues.
    It is well with women.

I cannot listen past 17:30. I need to take a break. I will come back later.
I am also having adenomyosis at 10.5cm and 2 fibroids at 6cm. I never had period pain all my life. Only during the first time, when I was in school, around 11 years old.
I had a very bad accident in Jan 2020 and another one in Dec 30th, 2021. Both accidents caused me to take too much painkillers for many many months. I am a person who don't take panadol even if I am having headache. The accident was also bad. The first one, I was medicated for almost 7 months, as they discovered I have bone infection due to open wounds. The second accident, was the worst, as I flew before I fall to the ground during the collision, causing multiple fractures, 5 broken ribs and head and neck and back injuries as well. My hip was also hurting so badly from the fall. It took about 3 months, for me to be able to sit up by myself. This one got me on very very high dosage of painkillers after I got discharged from the hospital, to keep me breathing and do mild movements. Just sitting was a pain to my hip.
In late 2023, I started developing period pain and general hip pain. I wasn't sure if it's my post accident pain, or is it due to age as I am in my 30s. I didn't suspect anything to do with my uterus initially. However, as the pain gradually increases every month, until it reach a point that I couldn't sit, stand or urine, then it got my attention. I was having severe mood swings, suddenly high and suddenly deep down the valley, feeling depressed. I don't know why I am sad and feeling so bad. I thought maybe it's midlife crisis. I even thought maybe I am having bipolar 😅
The energy in my body fluctuates so badly, one day I am energetic and after a weak, I feel beaten, I couldn't even raise my fingers. I just lay on the bed feeling so bad emotionally.
I used to donate Blood and last year, the nurse said I can't donate because I have very low in blood myself. That was so devastating to me. I have this selective memory lost. For example, when I am having my pain, it is so bad and devastating. Once the period stops, I forget everything about the pain and the period until my next cycle. I think it's just a way my brain was protecting me from the trauma. I was also nauseous and it's so bad and traumatising to have the next period.
In April/May 2024, the pain was so severe, that I had to call an ambulance. I thought I was dying. My blood pressure went up to 185/135. And, I felt better when they gave me a jab in ER. Later that day, I saw the gynecologist and then I did a scan and discovered.
Yeah, I understand what you meant when I finally got a name for my pain. Now, I can come with a pain management strategy. I can search for solutions. At least, life is a bit predictable now. For instance, I don't plan anything on my period week. I usually have to stay in for at least 4 days, during my period time. Literally, lying down on the bed, with my painkillers, hot pack, oil and a lot of pillows. I usually don't have any appetite during menstruation. But I eat like a barbarian, one week before period. There is only like 10 days in every cycle, that I can function optimally and be productive. They other 18 days is spent in pre menstrual preparation, mood swings, then menstruation and the anemia and low energy recovery.
It is an extremely unsustainable lifestyle. I am currently on a 5 months sabbatical from my work, to try alternative treatments and to make significant lifestyle changes. There are some significant improvements in the pain.
    I will continue shortly.

Endometriosis is such a painful and confusing condition. It was Rain Soul and Rain Core that helped me with endometriosis pains. I would normally not go out during my period because of the severe pains but when I took rain soul that was the end. It was like a dream that day. I was able to even drive that day because I needed to meet a deadline with an application and since then, I have not had such pains since 2021. I will advise you to try it out. The Lord will help you. Thank you for having the courage to share

Thank you for watching my video and for sharing your story. I’m so sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing after your surgery.
Hot and cold flashes after surgery might be your body’s way of adjusting, possibly due to hormonal changes or the stress of recovery. While I’m not a medical professional, I strongly encourage you to speak with your doctor about these symptoms. Sometimes, consulting a specialist, like an endocrinologist or gynecologist, can help get to the root of what’s going on.
Sending you so much love, strength, and prayers as you navigate this. You’ve got this! 💛
