As a Yoshi player myself, I can confidently say he legitimately mashes with no real intent behind 90% of what he does. He has no idea of the concept of when it's his turn and he gives up his turn on yolo df2s and then gets blown up when he tries to mash after that, despite being negative on block. The one intentional thing I do see him go for is always doing the uf1+2 command throw after a Heat Engage, but his opponents learn real fast to just duck and punish him for that. He's also somehow completely allergic to using Flash, despite it being one of, if not the single best move in the game right now. Also, that Nina at 24:59 definitely reacted to Dave's df1 with Rage Art, so big ups for that.
The best part is when the ken feng realizes Phil is trash and literally does keep spamming the same move over and over to troll him and it keeps hitting.

But you can see his lag in full seconds rather than milliseconds, and he still wants everyone to believe he would do great if it wasn't for the "lag."

i always seen yoshi players do spins and teleport and walk with the two swords to damage opponents, these tactics possibly could have been used if DSP could launch them and calculate in real time when is the right time to do the moves but seeing him rush into peoples launches is funny.

i always seen yoshi players do spins and teleport and walk with the two swords to damage opponents, these tactics possibly could have been used if DSP could launch them and calculate in real time when is the right time to do the moves but seeing him rush into peoples launches is funny.
He's somehow convinced himself that Flash is a bad move because it has a small hitbox. He doesn't realize how powerful it is at stealing your turn back, and he has never learned how to use No Sword Stance to know that NSS Flash has a considerably large hitbox.
That's his sf tactic. Use 2-3 moves, use something to close the gap and then grab. That's all he knows how to do lmao

Also, he's using Yoshi, who is not a fighter you can cheese with how unorthodox he is, unless if you know how to play him well.

at 10:25 what LiLi did there was a counter Grab which is back 1+2. Lili will do a pose of a blowing a kiss, should you throw anything high, lili will counter with a grab, the lili player did it to see if he would mash which he did

What surprise me is that DSP doesn't uses Yoshi's lows that much. That'd already increases his winning chances. And these b1+2 are poorly used too, the toxic spit is fairly unsafe imo. Didn't see him using Yoshi's stances that much either, it's like he plays purely in 2D with a character that has a fuckton of mobility tricks and options...

He whines about not being able to learn when hes shown time and time again that hes not trying to learn, he demands that whatever he does just work. 11:53 is the most perfect perfect example possible. If the move didnt punish the first time, its not gonna punish the next 4 times, If your opponent is blocking it every time, maybe try a low, a different string, a grab, anything but the same move over and over again.
You had plenty of time to learn in that situation, too much time in fact, and instead of trying to figure something else out, you DEMANDED that it work this time...ok this time...ok this time...ok this time
