sir it's rule 6 order 20 CPC which mentions that decree shall agree with the judgement and shall specify relief granted or other determination of the suit.

Sir, is decree mandatory in all cases where a final order is passed in a suit on the basis of a mou in O23R3. Can an execution be filed only on the basis of that order without any formal decree.
