A' a resident of kanpur, publishes a defamatory article at Jaunpur on 'B' a resident of Lucknow.The article was written and printed at faizabad.'B' wants to file a suit for damages against A.Decide the place of filling the suit kanpur or Jaunpur or Faizabad.Because A' a resident of kanpur, publishes a defamatory article at Jaunpur and the article was written and printed at Faizabad.

प्रश्न:-sir मैं समाज का एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक हु उसी के नाते एक विषय मे ग्राम में सड़क नाली विवाद में मैंने बैठी पंचायत में अपनी छोटी सी टिप्पणी की थी कि ग्राम पदाधिकारी उचित निर्णय ले उसी विषय मे रंजिश वस विपक्ष ने मेरे खिलाफ बगैर किसी अपराध के fir करा दी जिससे मेरे ऊपर 107,116,116 क लगाया गया मैं न्यायिक प्रक्रिया में मैं पूरा साथ देते हुए पेशी भी कर रहा लेकिन अगर मेरे द्वारा पुलिस को उचित उत्तर दिया गया और मेरा कोई दोष नहीं होने पर ये सब किया गया तोह ऐसे में असमाजिक तत्व पुलिस प्रक्रिया का गलत उपयोग कर भय डर व्याप्त कर रहे है तोह मुझे आप ये बताये की मुझे ऐसा क्या करना चाहिए जिससे ऐसे लोग गलत fir करने से डरे और दूसरों को सीख बने जिससे विद्यार्थी परेशान ना हो
