- This could be the perfect backpack for digital nomading or onebag travel. I used this for a 3 week trip to Finland and it had everything that I needed for that trip!

Hi! The average trolley maximum dimensions for a flight are 55x40x20 cm, while this bag is 55x32x27 cm. Has any flight company complained about it? I'm a bit scared about it, since I'm planning a 4 weeks trip in south america and I would like to avoid any problem
Hi. I suppose they will take the total dimension (L+W+H) into consideration. It is in the range of 115 - 118 cms.
wish it was few cm wider but few cm less depth for carry on luggage dimensions :/ Do the compression straps work good to make it less thick? Is the bag comfortable? I'm deciding between this and the farpoint 40.
Compression straps definitely work as long as the bag isn't overly full! For the price of this i don't think you can go wrong!

Hi Ashley! Yes for the larger cabin bag it is fine and I did not have any trouble!

Is the hip belt removable? Also, is the laptop compartment suspended, meaning the laptop doesn't touch the ground when the pack is standing on the ground?

How's the durability. I'm between this one and the nh escape 32L, the only thing I'm not convinced is the fact that this 40L bag would conserve it's form fact if it's not fully packed, like half packed, I feel it's on the flimsy side. Any thoughts?
It's very durable, but I do understand what you mean when it's not fully packed! It's actually fine though as there's straps you can pull to tighten it, it does sag slightly though!

does it feel like ur laptop is being bent when the bag is fully packed?
Hello, it doesn't feel like the laptop is being bent but it does feel like there's a lot of pressure but on the laptop! I've a feeling if you had a 16" laptop it would feel like it's being bent though! Hope this helps!

Says 15" on the bag.
Not sure of the maximum size my 15" fits quite comfortably unless the bag is really full!
