My daughter lives in Sydney,I visited her in Dec till Feb 2020. It's the most beautiful place I visited and I wish to visit again once the pandemic ends😍😍
Had the privilege of visiting Sydney and other cities of Australia during December 2019. It was wonderful. Cherish the memories for a long time. Hope to visit again if possible!

I’ve commented often on your videos, mate, and those memories of ‘99 are always crystal clear thanks to your walks. George Street was where all the movie theaters were located. From what I’ve watched it has changed a lot. That light rail is a different addition to Sydney. Cheers!

Missing my hometown very very much. I miss walking the streets of the city and enjoying all what's going on all around me. Hoping to go back home once this covid is over.
I am no longer living in Australia but I really do miss Sydney. When I was there I would sometimes take the bus down to the CBD and just walk around the city. Your video reminds me of that.

I lived in Sydney from 2010-12. It's so weird to see trams now on George St and no Mono Rail in the city centre
It actually help shoppers to get to one place to the other. It means lots of shoppers are able to visit lots of shops conveniently. This is what i took all the time and i like it
It is a dive! The trams are useless and slow, far too many traffic lights. The city is a mess, too many poor homeless everywhere, yet Clover Moore spends 20K on a stupid rainbow crossing in some back alley. The lockouts had sterilised the whole city of any culture or fun. Have lived there for 20 years and finally moved away and couldn’t be happier.
@@alfa2324 i never really liked living there compared to Melbourne. I'm Irish so the Irish community in Melbourne is huge & really welcoming. I didn't find that the case in Sydney.
Frank McElhill I am also from Melbourne originally, but ended up in Sydney and disliked it from day one, then it became unbearable after the lockouts started.....it has never been the same! I am glad the Irish have established a community in Melbourne, there used to be a large Irish community in Sydney but the lockouts dried it up by the looks of it. I am in India now and loving it, freedom for animals and lots of culture. Take care and stay safe. x

The Sydney CBD is much quieter than usual, I guess a lot of people are still working from home, but in some respects I actually prefer Sydney this way, it looks less rushed and congested.

Like all Australian cities, Sydney lost too much of its unique heritage in the bad old days of the 60's 70's and 80's but it's still the best in Australia overall especially in view of the amazing harbour, nothing quite like it in any other city.

@@robman2095 At the beginning, at the intersection of George and Hay Streets..around 1:49. Upon reflection, and with you advising it was 18C, it does look like messy white paint across the bitumen. It that correct? Or am I reflecting upon a daylight reflection of the water on the streets?

I was in Sydney 2016 for four weeks. I stayed at Centre Station, Chinatown in one of the hotels. I saw Opera and the bridge, which was 35 minutes walked. I loved to go back, but this time in Melbourne I want to visit.
