I would be interested in a link or model number of the solenoid please or if you have found a better one Thanks Ray

Hi, if you need a high impact low frequency you can use the shorturl. at/bEPVY (you have to change the link to open it). For fine work the 1335 or 1330 solenoids will work. You have to controle the power of the psu also. I ended up making my own coil with 0.35 mm and 0.2 mm wires. The base I got came from the shorturl. at/JMUVZ solenoid. I cut the plunger at the second mark to get it as the shorterst possible. It fulfills my needs. Instead of regulating the back of the plunger I changed the distance in front of the plunger. It varies from 5mm to 3mm for finer work. You can check my github for more information github.com/Savage-Sabrina/DIY_SolenoidGraver
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and a great 2023.
Any other doubts feel free to ask again.

    Very nice. Impressive work.
Have you had time to complete assembly of the PCBs and test the tool?
Also could you please upload the Arduino code to Google drive. Many thanks.

Hi, Henry. Sorry for taking so long. The code is actually on the drive file uploaded. If you need any question interpreting the decisions I made in the code, feel free to ask.

I didn't see you asked about the PCB.
I tested the PCB and the tool, working better than I thought it would.
The issue i realized it's that I have to sharpen the graver better, I don't have a way to sharpen it now. Waiting for more money at the time.
The Input I tested was between 6V 2A and 18V 3.5A, the internal capacitance of the PSU is important when you are at 1HZ pulse at about 25% of the duty cycle or more, this is kind of a short circuit.
The function for micromotor and potentiometer are not well implemented in the shared folder. I still didn't get my hands into a foot pedal to test it.
If you have any other question feel free to ask.
My goal here is to share the information with people and not to compete with commercial products.
As soon as I get my hands into a sharpening diamond stone I will share more.

hello, first of all, you did a great job. My electronics knowledge is not advanced, I want to try it with Arduino as a beginner. Could you share the wiring diagram for it?

@@Gazanferylmaz hey, how are you. Were are you based? I do not sell it but if you want I can send you one of them. I have 5 now. Tey are working great. I have to make a drawing with how to make it with general parts for arduino.
