I fucking love these guys. Drove them around the USA over two summers, let them sleep in my home while they were in town. Taught them how to smoke weed out of an apple. Endless stories. They fucking rock and they're beautiful people.
Garba Touré should be a household name. His guitar work is so fluid and unique!

Exceptional! I found this guys in a documental about an African festival wich whas banned not to long ago... I knew some things about Ali Farka Touré, but this guys are amazing like i almost understand what they transmit without knowing his language. These guys rock! But I was wondering about electrical power, where's the generator, and about a recording mixer, lack of background traffic noise, and the high quality of music and voice.
Generator is obviously a way off, coz of noyce or they get powa from a nearby house. The recording is obviously off the mixing console in order to avoid ambient noise.
