Love watching any shaper working. I just finished a large roughing job on my shaper, it is many times faster than my milling machine in its proper use. It cut tool steel like butter.

Thanks for response. I had no choice here. it certainly wasn't the ideal setup. may I ask? what kind of tool steel is used. by you
