- अकसर जब हम शहर की दौड़-भागती जिंदगी से थक जाते हैं, तो पहाड़ों का रुख करते हैं। उत्तराखंड में एक से बढ़कर एक ऐसे कई टूरिस्ट प्लेस हैं, जहां से वापस आने का मन किसी का भी नहीं करता है, ऐसे में घूमने के साथ-साथ जब खाने की बात आती है, तो बिना पहाड़ी खाने का जायका लिये आपकी ये यात्रा अधूरी रह जाएगी। हम आपको लिए लाएं हैं, लकड़ी के चूल्हे से निकली पहाड़ी थाली का वो जायका जिसको खाए बिना आप रह नहीं पाएंगे।

Kashmir lies in a valley region that is why many tiny waterfall from rocks besides the road is common....and drain of Kashmir looks like river,maple trees,saffron farm,apple farm ,etc all collectively makes it like heaven....in summer or spring season in which I have visited Kashmir 10 years ago ,the land beside road is covered with flowers and let me tell you those are wild plants....so it is true that Kashmir is heaven...no doubt other place is beautiful too but Kashmir is Kashmir....hope peace would be established soon so we could visit.....

And in fact, speaking of valley, Uttarakhand even has Valley of Flowers which is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Thanks for making this video & refreshing my awesome old memories you remind me my home town. Pahadi food is very tasty & good for health. In November 2019 I have a plan to travel my home town In Uttrakhand. I'll enjoy Pahadi food there. Luckily its a good chance for me because I live in Tokyo , Japan & every year I go to Delhi my home but less chance to travel our beautiful Uttrakhand. Thanks too for the nice family members who cooked all the dishes & make the Pahadi raita.I appreciated their efforts from bottom of my heart. Lots of love & best wishes from Tokyo , Japan.
