I have never heard of this before so it is very surprising for me but what is more surprising that this man is touching that hot iron vessel with his bare hands while cooking. Seriously, I am very amazaed not only with his recipe but his way of cooking it. He is not even looking in pain... Hats off Sir🙆🙋

one of my favourite mithai... eating it in almora was a bliss... the memory of eating bal mithai with my father and mother was the best thing of my life... my mother learnt this recipe from a local aunt over there just for me.... it's been 5 yrs i have eaten bal mithai after maa is gone..
Well what I know about this sweet is it was invented by a person named Bala in Almora or somewhere near Almora and it became famous on his name and called as "Bale Ki Mithai". Then after passing years it's somewhere called Bal mithai and somewhere Bale ki mithai.
My eyes were fixed at the guy touching the kadhai with his bare hands while he was cooking the chocolate. Means seriously I would be in ER with palm full of blisters if I touch it for like 10 seconds!
Hamare Uttarakhand me purity and Hardwork matter karta fir ban jata hai pyaar bhari mithaai.... So hardwork se hi yaha ki Famous Sweet banti hai... Yaha k log bhi hardworking hote hai..... Proud full Uttarakhand.....
