I just came up with a good story for this cover: Main girl has been best friends with the guy next door since childhood. Over the years, she's fallen in love with him. The parents want them together, but at the time he's dating the popular girl in their class. The popular girl is mean and vindictive and a bully to the main girl. So to hurt her, she acts also mean towards the boy because she feels she has him wrapped around her finger. Over the years of highschool towards senior year, the main girl grows into a beauty that the popular girl sees as a threat. So one day she hurts the boy to the point where he confides in the main girl of the pain his gf dealt. Realizing she's had enough, and is running out of patience for him to be at her side instead of his gf's, she goes full yandere mode. So one day while they're hanging out, the boy gets a call from his gfs parents, telling him they found her dead in her bed. Seemingly dying from natural causes. So as the boy is crying in the main girl's arms, and how she expressed she's sorry for his loss, inside she feels pure bliss because she feels she's won and the popular girl, who had bullied her and hurt the boy she loves, is finally gone. So now feels powerful and feels there's no one in the way of her and the boy finally being together.
