Saying things like "are you listening" isn't being arrogant. That's just a mannerism that I doubt he even realizes that he has. He doesn't do it to sound superior. I agree on the other points. His message is very well studied, and factually based, and I have yet to find a flaw in the logic he poses.
What makes all this so interesting is that men like Asscherick sound so Biblical and powerful in speech but wipe the "spell" away and study asking God the Holy Spirit to provide you with sound Biblical knowledge about the true nature of Jesus. Jesus atttained the position of standing on the right hand of the Father so he sould act as our mediator when ever anyone calls upon His name (Jesus the Christ) for redemption. Scriptually, Jesus stays at the right hand until all enemies are voided.

if you the listener can get beyond Asserick's arrogance....."are you listening" "am I clear" "are you on the same page as me", etc etc., he has a well studied knowledgable message. It's hard sometime though to continue listening in light of his condensention.
Sometimes problems we have or flaws we see in others generally is a character flaw in ourselves. The better natures of our character is not easily offended and believes the best ABOUT others and can overlook the shortcomings in others. Point of view is always biased and jaundiced. We should be careful with our judgement of others.

Christianity has existed since 27 AD. Whether it was an "official" religion is not relevant.
