Manson family left the words Healter Skelter (spelled wrong btw) in blood at one of the crime scenes. Apparently, Manson was obsessed with the album and thought that the band was speaking directly to him. Unfortunately the classic book written about Manson is titled Helter Skelter. In England, the term refers to a type of slide that twists around. Clearly, that's what Paul is referring to.
Charles Manson used this song to discribe his idea of a race war. He was messed up in the head and thought that the Beatles White Album was the new Bible.
Great reaction, my man! Definitely one of the rockiest Beatle tunes. Charles Manson thought the lyrics were laying the groundwork for a race war, and Manson thought he could get it started with murder. The first book about his homicidal rampage was titled "Helter Skelter."
Helter Skelter is an old term - probably goes back as most things do to Shakespeare - meaning out of control or hurtling to oblivion, a hasty. headlong dash into the unknown etc.Charles Manson adopted the term after hearing this song, if memory serves me correctly.
Yeah, the song was first, then the Manson stuff. A helter skelter was a carnival ride in England. The phrase itself had been around and it means chaos, frenetic, no order.
@@LilmannReacts In this case, it even says in the description under the video: THE INSTRUMENTS IN THIS SONG ARE FROM THE MOST HONORABLE RYOHEI KANAYAMA..." In general, the sound is so bad, that it can't have come from the Abbey Road (EMI) studio.
@@LilmannReacts I copied the text as it is. Didn't feel like changing it to lowercase...😄 Incidentally, there are several bizarre Beatles covers on TH-cam without any indication of this. Nothing else as false labelling. Beatles fans usually recognize this straight away. Sometimes, however, real demos and rehearsals of the Beatles are published as supposedly original songs. No idea, what the point of this is.
You can find the original Helter Skelter on their White Album......you must hear the original

It’s literally just a British slide. Manson twisted the meaning of the song to his liking and saw things that weren’t there to justify his actions.
Someone has mixed in extra guitars for some reason, l wish people would leave things alone. No wonder a lot of Beatles videos get blocked!

Helter Skelter by the Beatles was innocent Manson twisted it to his own meaning.
Charles Manson was inspired by this song.
I think Manson recorded this version.
I liked this one🤷♂️
@@LilmannReacts I'm sure the most honorable Ryohei Kanayama appreciates that.
Maybe🥴
This is the original McCartney vocal but not sure where the backing music came from. Glad you liked it. Epic song. One of the first metal songs ever.
What mix is this?
This is the beatles voice from the song but the music is a cover from someone else
Paul McCartney wrote it. Just a different mix of the same song.
Not just a different mix instruments are different @jackempson3044
You’ll find the real version on the White Album
Why use a wrong recording
I think it's just mixed different. Same music but different mix. I just listened to the original and they sound pretty much the same.
If i have never heard it before in my life and wasnt provided with a link how do i know if its the right or the wrong one🤔...🙏🙏

@@LilmannReacts Looking forward for you to listen to the difference with the original. It’s so much better… Thanks.
Coming soon!!🙏 btw do you have a link?
@@LilmannReacts Subscription? Yea
Sorry ment a link to the original
What a crappy version. Somebody's been adding stuff to the point that it's obscuring the original version.
this is not the original. not worth listening to.
Not Beatles 👎
