SheCrimson, How did you like it? It's Tarantino's movie I liked the least when I first watched it, but now it's the Tarantino movie I've rewatched and enjoyed the most.
The novelization of “Once Upon a time in Hollywood”. feels like a directors cut. What amazed me was the back Story of the Old West of the inner story of Lancer (the TV SHOW Leo’s character Rick Dalton). It was so good, I wished they would of shot more episodes. So much drama behind Lancer, his dad who abandoned his mom….etc. so good. So the novel is not better than the movie, and the movie is not better than the novel. QT connects them real well. You get a fuller experience of that world.
I just finished reading it the other day, was so gutted when I was finished with it because of how good it was, 400 pages just flew in, what I’m secretly praying for is that he writes what was gonna be the Vega Brothers movie and puts it in book form😈
I agree about likable characters in the 80s, thats how they ruined Conan after the first movie, on the second one Arnold is like another character completely
I’m going to watch Jackie brown tonight for the FiRST time !!!!!
Lucky you, but it took me a few watches to really fall in love with it
