I got the same laptop today and it has a weird problem, the screen is constatly blinking and flickering , I reinstalled the display driver from their site, from system updates of windows 11, tried to change the settings from 120 hz to 60 hz, tried to out it on high performance at the battery settings, I dont know what else to do..

check the intel settings panel, there you can find more settings to edit, this laptop is not good, nor the series X514 and X515.
Many friends contacted us with different kind of weird issues with these laptops.

The keyboard is backlit? i've just bought it but i don't know how to light it up, it is the same as yours in every detail

yes it does, there is a button for it "f9" if I remember correctly.

Is it metal case?

no, just plastic case and also there are few problems
1- since there will be only USB-C chargers starting of 2024 hence finding new charger might be difficult later.
2- the laptop case can be scratched too easily in my case a piece of paper made a few millimeter deep in the case of the laptop
personally I would go for another laptop which ahs USB-c charger as the new standard.
