Selling for a newer company? What other objections do you get?
Great video!!! Any advice for a woman owned business growing? Thanks
@@sandrah9016 Great question. I work with a lot of women roofing companies. Honestly - from a business standpoint you're in the same boat as everyone. Of course there's the obvious sexism that women continue to face in this day and age. And not experiencing that first-hand, I'd feel like a phony giving you that specific advice. Also, I 'd recommend this video I did about overcoming various forms of discrimination: th-cam.com/video/TX7M4ZB4_3E/w-d-xo.html
@@TheRoofStrategist thank you!!
Thank you Adam this is us although we have 16 years in roofing experience this is our first year in business outside of subcontracting and making a name for ourselves.
Congrats on making the leap! I would for sure explain that to them so they know you are legit and experienced. Hope this video helps and wishing you all the best!
Adam I can’t thank you enough for how much you’ve helped me. So glad to have purchased your material 💪🏼
Hey Adam I’m new to roofing and have been watching some of your videos when I’m not doing inspections. I’d like to know after an inspection how can I confidently get them to sign? We need 5 signatures a week and I am getting enough inspections, just not closing. Greatly appreciate any advice for this. Thank you.
Welcome to the industry and the channel. Glad to have you here. You're in luck. I have an entire playlist on the topic of CLOSING right after the inspection by using the Contingency Agreement as your closing tool. Watch these: th-cam.com/play/PLZ20p_mXvgkWC9DYIuCUitGGKM4a8c7z-.html
Good evening. I have a question. I inspected a roof after another roofer looked at it before me. I noticed a lot of wind damage. But it was not true wind damage. I noticed the shingles had been creased by the previous roofer. I met with an adjuster the next time they came out and looked at the roof. They notice a lot of wind damage and bought the roof anyway. I feel bad that they got a roof through someone else vandalizing the roof. How should I approach the insurance adjuster? What would you do?
This is a great question about ethics. My opinion is to always be honest. At the same time - I don't believe you have anything to feel guilty about. You did NOT damage the roof. And the truth is, the homeowner now needs a new roof because of the slime ball who created the damage. And getting it handled under a storm claim is far better for the homeowner than a vandalization claim on their claims history.
Hope this helps!
Keep it moving man. Nothing to do with you.
That’s my opinion
In my head, I'm reading the title of this video "You are roofing company is too new"
Whoops! Appreciate the comment I should edit the title :)
@@TheRoofStrategist It happens lol we're human after all! I like watching your videos dude! You definitely have great pointers on all kinds of situations. Super helpful
@@chadlippincott Honored to support ya dude and really glad to have you here! PS I edited the title thanks to you.
Great video to be prepared for the “new company” objection. Accentuate the positive. 👍
Up next, tackling “New Company’s” ugly cyclops stepsister objection “too few reviews”…
I love your comment - always! Great suggestion on "too few reviews." My best 1-line answer? Make it your #1 mission to get as many as possible, as fast as possible :)
