I'm watching with great interest. I would LOVE to do a build like this. The only problem is that I don't have the technical knowledge or experience to tackle something this extensive.
Do You OR Have You Started Your Road Runner Mod? Its May, Thought You Might Have Started In April 😊 Looking Forward To Watching The Build! It's Gonna Be AMAZING!
That little thing is going to be one hell of a ride. One thing , maybe you should look into getting some of those 3 wire connectors like the xt90 ones. I think they are mt90 or mt something . For your phase wires . I just don't trust those blocks.
Yes! At the moment I'm getting the frame powder coated then I'll be making a video testing out the parallel connections on both motors and finalizing some tuning. Hope to have by next week!
I might sell my Fiido Q1S to buy the Fiido Q2 in May when it drops, it comes stock with 1600w, but "they say" it only goes 28mph, but they're known to underestimate their speeds
😂😂😂😂😂 5000watt motor?!?? Bro you need a fardriver 84530 to appreciate that ! forget that they call it a 6000watt controller. It can put out 450 phase amps !! Make that motor beg for mercy, and give it none !!!
I could definitely do a short tutorial on it going over the basics and what connects to where. Hopefully I don't have to take the whole ride apart hehe.
so you went with 12" wheels and bigger tires for the Fiido Q1 ?. I found 14" scooter wheels/motor with 6000watt.. but rims are 3" wide... don't know if that will work with our forks etc.. I would like to keep the 14" wheels if possible
@@emersonthomas3541 they can definitely fit although I got frustrated with the tubes popping so stuck with the smaller ones. 14 x 3 can definitely fit if you do it right. I've seen Falcon PEV do it on their motors.
@@ForEducationalPurposesOnly 2 places I would look at would be Econic Cycles and Falcon PEV. The Fiido parts are pretty much cross compatible with RR frames.
Definitely the way to go and I would have gone that same route if I had known before starting the build 😭. In terms of custom battery I would definitely go with Powerful Lithium in New Jersey as they specialize in custom shaped batteries.
Not sure about tubeless but in terms of sizing, 14 x 3.2 it should fit the dropouts. I haven't seen if the RR pro has wider dropouts but that tire size will fit the OG RR for sure

I bought the roadrunner pro bro. This scooter is bad ass.

Yea I'm excited. I think as you get into it you end up in a rabbit hole of ideas 😁
The RR looks like it’s going to have some amazing power! Looking forward to riding with you again bro! Group ride season incoming!!

I eagerly await all your videos on this build...❤❤
From what I’ve seen with dual front and rear is that the front usually peels out often. You’re gonna have crazy torque though.
That's what people are saying 😬. Also I have to make sure not to hit the throttle while I'm turning because I will skid out lol
@@JB360_NYC that powder coat gona be nice.

You should change the color of the Emove? Candy Apple Red or something similar.
Yes sir! Gonna actually be going with a form of electric green 🍏

Yea it def goes over 30 for sure. Thats much more power than the stock OG Roadrunner.

72v road runner build please !!! 😁
Hey, where did you get the suspension fork from?
I got mine from Falcon PEV. It's the 135 mm version:

Just bought one it’s so fun but just wish it can go faster. Are these upgrades help the road runner go fast ?
Link to fork? Able to install yet
so do the fiido motors, how do you make them work with the 14" wheels?
I actually ended up going with the 12 inch Burromax tires...the 14 inch ones were a hassle to get on

JB, you recommend the RR Pro for taller riders, 6'0, 200lbs?
Most definitely! Higher riding stance for sure and adjustable suspension
i just got a really good deal on the v2 first model. where could i go for upgrades?
