It really is a pretty cool seated electric scooter. I was able to see it in person yesterday at VoroMotors in Panorama City and was surprised at the size of the scooter and its built quality. Definitely a nice scooter size that even kids can ride. And from what i was told, you can do all kinds of upgrades on this little guy. 😁👍
I like the idea of being able to do upgrades, and there was another youtube review that made a big point of this. BUT, where does one get the upgraded stuff, for example, if I buy a Roadrunner SE and I want to put in a 500 W motor, new controller, etc. I dont see any of these types of products on the Voro website, unless I am not looking in the right place. Perhaps they have these types of parts available directly in their store? Appreciate any info on this - thanks!
@billbarrett9945 from what i was able to get information wise, it seem you would definitely be able to get it from VoroMotors but apparently they are waiting on their contract parts to arrive so rhey can put the upgraded parts for sale. That makes sense since i also noticed that a lot of their parts are out of stock.

I own the V2 and my mate the SE we've done range test twice now and each time around 18km, but we're around 100kg, probably 20km is realistic

I’m on the edge between this and a lectric xp lite 2.0, I want a quick and fun scooter/e-bike but would also want it to last me at least 4 years. Any thoughts? I have a budget of around $900

Hello so I have a question! I’m completely new to electric scooters/biked and I bought a Roadrunner SE to get me to and from school. If I buy a bigger battery would it get me more mileage per charge ?

30 lbs?? The advertised super light weight was a key selling point for me when I bought the Roadrunner SE, BUT it is heavier than stated. Voro motors website and all the online videos and reviews say its 30 lbs, but Voro's owner's manual that came with the SE states in the specs list that it weighs 50 lbs. 50 lbs feels way more likely as it definitely felt heavier than 30 lbs when hoisting it out of the box. and speaking of the box, Fedex shipping details state the shipping weight as 63 lbs. No way the cardboard box and foam packing material weighs over 30 lbs, This was a disappointment to not have as light of a setup as I was lead to believe, though I will say that so far, after a few miles I am pretty happy with the SE, it is fun to ride, I like the low seat height, footpegs and not having pedals, just twist throttle and go.

Which weight, 30 or 50? And is the answer based on actual scal weight? Electric scooter guide reviews about many other scooters always provided very specific confirmation or variance between claimed and actual specs. Again Voro website says 30, actual owners manual spec sheet says 50
IF you want to put it on an actual scale like it did today it is just shy of 50 lbs. Typically, in the past Electric Scooter Guide always weighed the scooters they were reviewing, especially reviews by Chuck and Paul. I have relied on the accuracy of ESG reviews more than other online reviews in making buying decisions for several scooters. So please do an actual weight check and include in reviews. Voro is off my almost 20 lbs from their claim on their website for the Roadrunner SE, and off by over 8 lbs for the Roadrunner V2 according to the actual weight Paul Sommers provided in his ESG review of the V2. Geared motor for extra torque and efficiency. Those type of hub motors emanate noise.
