Jigging for Striped Bass in Chesapeake Bay.

In this episode I joined @TomyTekOutdoors for striped bass vertical jigging on Chesapeake Bay. This was my first trip and my first fish in 2024. The day started slow and we moved a lot looking for striped bass, but we didn't get much of a bite until sun started setting. We had a short and sweet 30-40 min window when rockfish was more active and Tommy hooked up the biggest striper of the day. Check out his TH-cam channel here: / tomytekoutdoors

Much better than last year’s start. My first fish of 2023 was 7 inch largemouth bass…. 😂
