    Noben has been stuck grinding monsters for a while now, and he's just about had it. Ever since the 75s his journey has been far from easy, and thousands of monsters had to be purged to guarantee even the slightest of progression.
    However things are finally about to change. The next level promises plenty of new quests to tackle, new areas to explore and a complete reversal of what Noben's had to experience for a while. It's time to break the shackles of an eternal grind, but first... he must make his last push.
    Hope you'll enjoy this episode! c:

      I'm about to do it with my wife as well. My alt RM is 82 now and her Blade and RM are the same so we're going to be going through it probably later today!

      @emenalus we know xD
      They are just some of our alts we've been working on slowly. Our main chars are both 141 but since I don't have time to grind long right now we haven't been able to lv up some more on those. I usually level my blade when I have some free time and that's at 102 now 😁

    Sweet! Your series got me to start playing again, haha. Only blade 62 atm with my buffers being 53/47. Kind of slow and boring without amps, so I'm not sure if I want to spend money on that.
    I did get a red scroll though, but I still get bored😂
    I've seen these videos where people get x8 chars to follow them around? Is that more effective? I'm already multi-boxing 8 chars, 5 for fillers for my party, so is it better to get them all to 60 to play together?
    I only got one issue though, I did not quest that much before 60, only the SM cave. So, I'm not sure if I'm locked from quests at 60+ because I didn't do any of the ones
    from 1-60? I have no idea how you get so many quests, I just been raw grinding🤔

    • @emenalus
      @emenalus  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The reason why people have full parties following them around is actually just to avoid having to buy a red scroll in the first place. Damage-enhancing party buffs increase the leader's damage based on the proximity of other players (and red scroll makes that irrelevant), so people usually have full parties following them just so they get max damage without having to pay for it. I don't think it will have an impact on EXP though unless they happen to be within the level range, as only actives within that level range of 19 count. And in contribution, they'd be getting nonexistent EXP unless they were actually doing something to contribute to fights and would eventually fall behind anyway xD
      As for the quests, I think you should honestly follow from the earlier episodes of my series. There's a particular questline that starts from Reonan in Flaris at level 15 that carries all the way until here (the quests I did on the beginning of the previous episode were actually a part of that) and there's also some other questlines, namely the dungeon ones that also carry pretty far! :)
      EDIT: Also, if you're getting bored with the game and not sure what you should be doing next, I recommend giving my "Lost in Flyff Universe" video a watch. It should give you some good insight on what can drive you forward ^^

      People have lots of leeches following them for link attack cause they don't have red scroll. In your case it isn't needed but if you wanted to just have them following you you would get like 1% more exp or something like that, so basically for every 100% you get you would get 101% instead for having a whole party following you. If that's worth it is up to you to decide.
      If you didn't do certain quests from 1-60 then yes some lv60 quests will be locked until you complete the prerequisite ones. You can always see which it is by going to the flyff wiki and backtracking from the quest you want to do

    • @GodlyEddy
      @GodlyEddy 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks so much! From the link thing alone, it looks like it says 5% for the members near the party lead, I thought I was missing out on damage from that. Yeah my lvl 53 buffer is leveling faster by healing myself, so you're right about the nonexistent exp on contri for leechers. Yes, that exactly the quest line I was thinking about! Okay, I'll start catching up with that.
      Sure, I'll check the video. I think the main boredom is just getting like .18 per mob, it's just so redundant, but besides quest, that's Flyff. I mainly play solo too, so no real interaction with others. Thank you so much for the info, once again! @@emenalus

      @GodlyEddy 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh, makes sense now. I thought only the ones close to me give me the buff. Okay, I'll catch up on the quests, I knew it most have been from the guy in Flaris, since that's the only quest chain I know of. @@ChimisaurusRex

      What @ChimisaurusRex said is true but a lot has changed since then in my own vision as a content creator! At the present time though, I am not considering another leveling series as these take away from other, much more polished content I could possibly be creating x)
      Not to worry though, that doesn't mean I'll stop making Flyff content. I'll be focusing more on guides again and doing some other funny ideas I may come up with, so stick around! I'll keep 'em coming

    With build You recomend for yoyo yester? pure str ? But with full str we have problem with aspd or we can do something with this ?

    • @emenalus
      @emenalus  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Jester is honestly a pretty hard class to build well and I can sympathize with you on that, and quite frankly the answer isn't completely clear... it depends.
      TL;DR: Prioritize increasing your STR as much as possible but leave room for DEX however much is needed to reach 100% Crit Rate. You can give temporary boosts to your DEX through equipment and other booster effects until you can outsource more of your Crit Rate from elsewhere and consider adding DEX once all the other options are exhausted. Hopefully you can cap out Atk Speed with buffs.
      My own suggestion on the matter is that you'd want to build up as much STR as possible, but of course you'd also want to max out your crit rate as a Jester (as that's the thing giving them all their damage). Whether you want that right away or at a higher level is also subjective, so I'm just gonna go with some of my tips for optimizing your build.
      - Critical Swing buff at level 65 will give you 40% Crit Rate. On that end, your crit chance only has to reach 60% after all the buffs or effects that you use are applied to reach the desired 100%.
      - You can use items over your own stat points to give you temporary boosters to DEX that you can replace later if possible. Things such as a DEX Cloak, DEX rings (typically Dexion +1s) and even DEX elixirs that you can buy for penya from the premium store can help raise your DEX by a significant amount, and revert those into their STR counterparts as your stats get better.
      - Equipment at later levels will allow you to gain extra critical chance through other sources and allocate more points into STR.
      If you're still lacking DEX after all of that, do put however many points you deem necessary to finish your build and put rest into STR. However do be aware that you might want to re-stat your DEX later to make up for changes in need for crit rate as your character progresses. That's also why it depends on you whether you'd want to wait it out and be a bit weaker or pay for extra adjustments at a later point x)
      As for attack speed, it's quite important too but it doesn't scale all that well with just DEX. If possible, it'd be great if you could get buffs from somewhere to secure it to 100% and not waste points for it. Even if not through Haste alone, Geburah Tiphreth buff that Ringmasters can learn at 75 can also grant attack speed :)

    Hi, I'm new to your channel but I have a great/painful idea
    Have a group levelling run 1-whatever
    Like a fixed group or somekind of guild to full party with

    • @emenalus
      @emenalus  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hahaha, I remember having something like that on some of my streams before, would run with a group of my viewers and split the exp between 5 people :D
      This is possible to make not-so-painful and actually productive with Contribution exp share though, where you don't split any of your exp and generate full exp from your own kills. Mob spawns might be a problem but with so many actives around, it would actually boost the maximum exp you'd get from each kill :D
      I think it'd be a fun concept as a one-off video but it's not a series or the sort that would be easy to carry out. I'd need a bunch of people who'd be committed to do a leveling session always at the same time and not drop out and group control is a lot harder when it's organized and not "on the whim" x) Crazy cool idea though, if I ever somehow get the chance to make that I would certainly love to :D
      Oh, and welcome to my channel! Hope you've enjoyed the content

      Not surprised that you haven't. Flyff is a REALLY niche MMO, and in the modern days just something that's mostly known by the inner circles that played this game long ago during its peak popularity around late 2000s. Mostly people who come and play the game are players who are looking for a nostalgic fix after a decade or in rare cases, people who are completely new to the game but it can be a hard game to get into due to its very grindy nature! Flyff Universe in particular is just a recreation of the game from its most popular version, v7, with some added QoL and game rebalances :)
      If it caught your interest though, I do recommend checking through my channel a bit more! I've got a bunch of guides about the game on top of the leveling series, meant for anyone who's looking to introduce themselves to Flyff Universe or to catch up with the game after a while :D
