Nothing, other than gives you a frame rate boost to help you be a little more responsive to the lockpicking mechanic in this game.

Why You push a car in the end of Your video? Take good battery from Your vehicle and gas too ;))))...when You started engine, change battery back, engine run without battery too, insert empty battery and charge...
