Come here to Indonesia, Donal :) and you'll find various dishes with nasi. Even nasi goreng comes with various series, nasi goreng with sambal seafood, with beef curry, with stinky bean, you name it ;)

Hi there =) I'm 17 and have been trying to convert my familly to eat healthy food. I live in the south of france so ... I guess it's kind of hard to convince them because the food is so good and full of butter but your recipes are so inspiring and I absolutly love your style of cooking so I really am getting to put some healthy stuff on the table and we all love it now. Thank you soooo much. By the way I am now addicted to beetroot because of you ;)

This simple dish have always been one of my favourite comfort food be it when i am in indo, malaysia or home in singapore. i love indian mamak style nasi goreng with all it's rich redness flavour but i also love my mother's simple, simple recipe that even goon like me who cannot cook can attempt it decently. LOL!! great vid and i am more curious about quinoa now. never tried it before...not a fan of anything healthy. i know...i am horrible. :-/

Bondi Harvest yeah! it is a lot more rich in taste. uses loadsa tomato paste and chillies but absolutely delicious especially if paired with chunks of red meat and fried egg. *drool*
