If the pedas become chewy then keep them aside for 4-5 hours at room temperature to set and they will get better texture. 2) Store these desserts in refrigerator and they will stay good for 7-10 days.

the khala kan is actually healthy sweet diish, even when you are in diet you cant eat that 3 times in a week... but as an indian sweets shop they add ghee just not let the sweets get dry I believe
