    Ofada Sauce is also known as Ayamase or Designer Stew but I will be explaining the difference between Ofada Sauce and Ayamase in this video. They are both perfect for Ofada rice but for those that don’t know, they are different so find out in the video. Ofada sauce is a beloved Nigerian condiment that packs a punch of flavor. Made with Red bell peppers, Habanero peppers, or scotch bonnets also known as Rodo, onions, bleached palm oil, locust beans, and a blend of aromatic spices, this sauce is a staple in Nigerian cuisine.

    Please add the meat stock after stirring your pepper mix in the oil. I missed the clip in the video 5:22. Also check if the seasoning is enough after adding the meat stock before adding more seasoning so that you won’t end up with salty or over seasoned sauce. Thank you

      1 tatashe to 2 Cayenne pepper and 2 habanero. Note I love pepper so you can use less habanero for yours especially if you’re not in Nigeria. I am aware that abroad pepper is very hot.
