I have 2 yareli´s. One regular one and one with umbra forma, 5 archon shards and I used helmith on yareli 4 times. She´s OP. I literaly rank her better over saryn or mesa. No kappa.
As a Yareli enjoyer myself I would like to note a couple things: - Galvanised Crosshairs does not work while on her 2 (this bug has been in the game for years so it'll probably never get patched) - Sea snares dmg multiplier works on almost every enemy even if it doesn't cc them (eg, liches and bosses) - Since riding Merulina is annoying I invested two tauforged amber shards into parkour velocity as a coping mechanism - She has objectively the best idle animations in the game, specifically noble set with speargun or throwing secondaries
Certified Yareli Pioneer here. I did a lot of testing of Yareli before she was buffed and have some neat details: *Merulina 'Mechanics'* - If it hasn't been patched, melee button forces dismount no matter what you're doing. You could be in the middle of an animation, like an ability cast, or during her dodge roll. If you dismount during a jump and/or dodge roll, momentum is preserved. This will yeet you. Very. Very hard. Before buffs, it was so fast you could hit enemies grouped by Riptide. - Getting on and off Merulina refreshes air resources. You get all of your aim glide back. You can resummon Merulina to get her double jump (and merulina dodge roll) back. It has a bug with Aerial Ace that refreshes your Aerial Ace. Meaning if you get 6 kills in midair, Merulina makes it so that you don't have to touch the ground to get 6 more kills. It refreshes Exodia Contagion as well. -Combine Aerodynamic with Aero Vantage or Boreal's Anguish and you are a zephyr with the two bullet points together. *Riptide Secret Sauce* - It's Ragdoll Grouping. This means hitscan AoE produces an AoE on each limb. Enter Ambassador. The charge shot if given punch through will produce many, many, many AoEs on each enemy that then proc electricity. You will see hundreds or two hundreds or more electric procs on each enemy at once. This will kill basically any cluster of enemies, even without armor strip. - Sea Snares damage bonus just makes this better. *Aquablades Secret Sauce* - Any bullet magnet, like Void or Scourge bullet attractor, will make augmented Aquablades rehit the same enemy multiple times. Each hit does build up the Augment's damage. It hits for 3 hits per second, letting you kill enemies with less built up damage way sooner. This also adds another 3 hit per second damage build up on your augment's damage ramping per instance fired into a bubble, building the augment damage way faster. *Underrated Sauce* Yareli still has the fastest weapon swap speed by technicality. Going from Merulina Secondary to Dismount Primary is near instant. You can't buffer shots during the dismount input, requiring you to manually time your primary weapon shots on the frame you dismount, but it does mean you can get some normally impossible fire combinations off. The fluidity of her weapon swapping by simply getting on and off Merulina lets you do stuff like use Spearguns or such to quickly set up a synergy. It also lets you get the max duration of Arcane Pistoleer on your primary. You also get double duration of Vigorous Swap as dismount works like Melee holstering, buffering the timer to get two in a row sometimes. Things like the -Spread and recoil exilus mods on guns apply on both guns, but you get the full timer on both thanks to Merulina.
Good fun video. 😉 I am a bit surprised you didn't talk about the interactions with the Kompressa, though. The bubbles from Kompressa can catch the blades from her Aquablades while using Surging Blades and it sounds like they become shrapnel mines. How good this is, I don't know. Just seem like something to chat about. Also, wouldn't the viral procs from Kompressa increase the damage of the slash from Aquablades? I'm just asking, I don't actually have full grasp of all the mechanics.
I really wish you could mod her k drive cuz although the damage mods are bad, mods like Juice, Quick Escape, Cold Arrival and Sonic Boost seem like they would have really interesting utility and energy gain when using the k-drives in missions.
actually 90% is realistically quite a bit more than adaptation depending on the enemy variants bcus like against corpus or on certain planets of grineer you might only be hit by one ips value thats highest so the rest of the damage its split between remains the same
i like yareli. i know " boo hiss getim! " and all that, just spam her 1 keep blades active and learn the tricks of using her 4. its not a one trick ability. its a two trick ability. and no i dont mean pressing it twice. leaving it for a while itll explode on its own and still do a massive aoe. depending on your range. set up 4. spam 1 to lift and stun. boom. also if you have the stealthy coolbro never use your weapon and youll be a surfer girl Ivara.
Yareli is amazing, feels bad to watch this video.......... Kompressa is probably one of the best primers that isnt a lich/tenet. Yareli has a cc damage amp, utility, infinite slash, and Woota Suck? Why do you not love that? Subsume off her 3 or 4 to allow any variation of weapon combo especially the channel incarnates. Do you have a nukor, cycron, plinx, or similar 2ndary . . . thats all she needs. Even after the melle arcane nerfs 2 days ago, she still can stomp SP. I hated her so much 2 years ago, but now that I'd reached Legendary 2 . . . I've needed something fresh/new. Yareli is actually pretty great, you just have to ignore the Stranger Hands feeling you get being on her 2.
I think one of the funniest things about yareli is that she is this E-Girl frame on the surface but that is in reality this unkillable wall. I recommend nehza fire Walker helminth on her. Hop off, turn it on, go on k drive, hot wheels.
@@Fyno you get a Merulina Guardian, you get a Arcane pistoleer - UNH, lawnmower gun. It’s pretty simple, honestly, just get those two things, your favorite machine-pistol* and then get to headshoting. If you also get 5 red jolly ranchers, you can get more crit damage out of your guns. * I would like autos because it’s hard to fire semi’s at optimal fire rate when you have 20+ rof :p
ah yes some one thinks yareli ult is better then 1st ability . her ult dose group up enemies but pretty useless by its self on steel path. she needs to use her 1 and 4 and 3 together to do good amount of damage on high difficulties. just use nourish boost all your damage and good pistol. merulina allows her to ignore knock back status effect. so spam explosive weapons without dying. get your self a laetum with a expel watch enemies die 2 hits. while riding merulina she can ignore the keys effects , so dagaths keys dont work against merulina

You can still use Primary while on Merulina on buggy occasions
Yareli is so buggy that playing long mission with her scares me. Imagine doing a 4h survival and you get a bug and lose all loot.
