I was feeling that ALL this morning! Nearly talked myself out of going to the gym (it was dark, cold and I was tired 🙄)but I pushed through🙌🏾 the mental barrier is tough but when you get on the other side of it, it's ALWAYS worth it! I appreciate you watching and sharing your goals with me 💕

My goals for February is to stay consistent with posting on Instagram, finish a book, and do 4 new workout classes. I want to try classpass. I seen we have it in toronto and I hear you talk about it all the time lol

it's been tough 🥶🥶but that's also why is started with 9k, 3x a week. I knew I wasn't ready to do more than that! Doing too much too fast, is unsustainable for me😩 I appreciate you watching 💕

my steps are down now that I work in the office/home which im not proud of. I average 5-6k a day, when I was used to 10k, I try to walk o nthe treadmill 2 times a week
I need to get a new pair of walking shoes - invest in some nikes!

Yeah mine were at 5-6k too! I was looking at Brooks, Hoka and Nike's for walking shoes
