Re play. Think you are quite right. Some of us find it difficult to 'play'. I certainly do, to me Ihave to squash feelings of 'wasting paint and paper and wasting time'. All rubbish ofcourse so will beeathe, relax and try and let go of thise negative stuff

I guess we never give much thought as to why we want to do something but now I’ve had a think about your question, my reason for wanting to do abstract painting is I find them so much more interesting to look at than realist paintings. The pops of colour, markings and pure freedom of design is liberating to me plus I can’t draw realistically to save myself😂. Love your classes Joy , thank you🌺

Loving these videos Joy. I bought a course or two of yours last year which I have yet to watch (family illness) but I am having difficulty hearing your instructions even though I have my volume 100 per cent. Might be my laptop or I need an ear trumpet!
