I bought the master collection recently and have just finished MGS as I have fond memories of the PS1 game. I have never played these games but watching this inspires me to do these two games using this video. Top stuff mate 👍

These two games really need remakes. I've heard people say they are too small to remake but they don't have to be phantom pain sized maps. I believe it would work, especially metal gear 2.

The reason your C4 doesn't damage Metal Gear every time is because you have to attack the legs in a specific order. Dr Madnar tells you the order if you rescue him.

I cant take the credit mate, i always do my own routing, but as said in the video, with this game i followed the speedrunner routes and just tweaked it a little so its more accessible on the tricky parts

These aren’t NES games. They were made for the MSX2. The actual NES games are included as part of the bonus content for the Master Collection.

There's something that bothers me deeply about being able to get a "perfect" walkthrough to a Metal Gear game while spending half of it in an alert state.
