The Momotaro family relaxing before noon.
They are relaxing in the shade when it is sunny.
When Gentaro feels lunch, he climbs the wall to the ceiling.
Mother Genki threw dirt on Gentaro who was sitting in front of the keeper area where mother Genki's lunch was served.
The Momotaro family stayed on the ground until supper, but it is still too hot and they look like they don't want to move.
They start to move actively before dinner, though,

Momotaro (father) was born on Jul 3, 2000
He came to the Kyoto City Zoo in 2010.
Genki (mother) was born on June 24, 1986.
I was born in Kyoto and came back to Kyoto.

Watching the silverbacks from the various areas, I can't help but come to the conclusion that Momotaro is the most dignified in his actions and looks. Hope he enjoyed the day, even though it was so hot out!

Why do the staff let Momotaro in one door first,then Gentaro 2nd in another door,then mom and Kintaro last everytime.

Momotaro is very food aggressive so they separate them into different rooms so they all can get food. But I do have to admit Momo has slowed down on his food aggressions.. I haven’t seen it lately, but they used to leave the doors on all three rooms open, so Kintaro could go back-and-forth through each room as he wanted 😅. I hope that helped you.
