You can totally add the Hina for pushing leader luffy's ability, but tashigi is leader locked, the other new cards are navy centric (we aren't doing that with st14 Luffy) and all other relevant cards from the deck like ice age are already mentioned in the st14 upgrade guide. Just doesn't warrant a whole video
Better yet buy them for both. Aces and whitebeards going in my ace and Marco decks, new uta characters go into my loaner deck for new players, Doffy is my new comp deck, p Luffy will be my OP09 one, black Smoker and kata complete my deck building for our videos.
