  • The headspin is a spectacular powermove. Despite its impressiveness, the headspin is relatively simple to learn. In this tutorial I explain correct headspin technique, as well as teach you the steps to achieve headspin mastery, safely.
    To purchase headspin caps, beanies, or helmets follow the links below. I have no affiliation with any of these companies, other than using their products.

    Hello Simonster. I only found you through Dan Jeong vlog & that was a Awesome Insight /interview. Appreciate & Respect Both Achievements. Right now I’m out of action 8 weeks now & longer. But like You & Dan mentioned work around the injury in moderation, find weakness you don’t pay attention to. Try to progress & not lose the Gains. My FOCUS & DETERMINATION is the Planche, Free Standing Handstand I can hold for 20sec (need more work & variation)also implementing negative H/Stand push-ups, But I started with Muscle-Ups with THENX FAZ CREW -CHRIS HERIA FAZ. Amazing work Bro Greetings from New Zealand 🇳🇿🤘🏾🔥🦶🏾kicking Like Button. 😄✌🏾

    Hi Simonster! So I've been trying to get headspins for years now and I can do a solid headstand on any surface at any elevation for minutes. When it comes to the spins though I get to about one rotation with taps and my legs start to fall in front of me making me lose balance. Am I meant to be tensing certain muscles to stay straight for form? And must I also be quite flexible from a straddle or almost split legs position? I am quite inflexible so even straddle at full stretch is a problem but I've been trying to headspin for years now. Literally :/

    Which ZeeCap are you wearing in the video? The brand camper, or the classic? Thank you.

    Hey Simon, thanks for the tutorial! What do you think is the good type of helmet for spinning? What's your opinion on the flat helmets?

    what can you do to help if you get that knot out in your back from being on your head , and best ways to strengthen that muscle so it happens less or not at all

    • @saranidutta4122
      @saranidutta4122 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Roll on a lacrosse ball or a hard plastic kinder egg. You are probably getting the knot because you are not used to the position yet or are balancing on your forehead instead of the middle of your head.
