This home is what dreams are made of. If you can imagine it, you can build it. Now you just have to be able to afford it. Wow! Love all of the room. That room downstairs was like a maze with the herringbone walls.
That’s exactly what I said when he was so thrilled. Gave me a good laugh. I don’t think there is any 2-wire electrical running behind these ones, however 😂
WOW 😲😳😲😳, Timothy 🥰🥰 this house is better than the last one, you showed!! Now, this is the LIFE!! What more could you possibly ask for in a Masterpiece like this!! Every Room is Immaculate and Well Designed and Definitely Versatile!! This house 🏠🏡 looks like you stepped out of a Movie 🍿🎥!! I don't know how you do it!! But keep doing what you what you are doing!! Bravo 👏👏!!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place!!OMG I really love the built-ins and I especially love the master bathroom! I really love the hidden room upstairs.
There is no argument these homes are nice but if I were building a home in this price range I would go custom build to get exactly what I wanted. It is fun to see what some envision.
Yes! The inside of the cabinets are painted. Seen so many million dollar homes with beautiful cabinets that are just the wood color on the inside. Most of the time it clashes with the luxury kitchen. Also happy that the stairs don’t lead right out the front door.
I am a west coast interior designer and I really liked this house. The finishes are nice really nice and some are unexpected which is always a plus. The moldings on the walls really make it feel very upscale. My only negative was the sliding barn door to the primary bathroom. That is a little dated for this house. Maybe that is just west coast but no one is doing that here now. Overall, beautiful.
He does those all the time. The homes he's been showing just recently have been a very welcomed treat. Because unfortunately in terms of style and quality, the more affordable homes aren't saying much these days. 😔
That hall into the master is cool. Looks lie sound dampening or proofing or something. Love the layout, but that price...whew. Thanks for taking us along.
I really like the fact that the interior and exterior balustrades match, although it looks like they are built differently. I can’t tell but it looks like the interior guard/railing is wood, and the exterior looks like metal. I just can’t tell if it’s welded or hinged. Either way it looks great. I wish the great room was bumped up to a couple feet higher but still nicely done.
Definitely do not like the only half bath downstairs you have to enter into the owner's suite hallway. That's bad placement. Don't get this trend putting the closets in the bathroom. Your clothes are going to get all mildewy because of condensation. On top of that you're inevitably going to walk through water on the floor and get wet socks. The "secret" room is nice but if you really wanted to make it secret you wouldn't put the bookcase door at the end of a hallway to know where. It needs to be flush with the wall at the beginning of that hallways. Also, makes no sense to put a mechanical room access in your secret room because any time you have a technician over they're going to have to go in there defeating the purpose of a secret room at all. Overall deceptively small house for being nearly 4000 square feet. At $1.3 million it's a hard pass
The house looks great from the outside. Good layout. Great size bedrooms. Very nice terrace in the backyard and a view of the forest. I didn't like the cabinetry in the kitchen and the office on the second floor, and there were too many accent walls for my taste. The designers furnished and decorated the house very beautifully.
1:13 Those chandeliers are lovely, until you have to change a bulb! 😂I would also prefer that wine cellar to be a staircase to the basement. It is a pretty house! 6:08 Interesting, my former neighbor’s house had switches like that, it was an old house. I guess it’s like the Edison style Lightbulbs being popular today. 8:20 That would be just a bit too much for me! 😮
Is it just me or does anyone else think that the wine coolers should be walk in coolers for hanging deer and beef? I’m just saying…that much wine doesn’t seem practical.
Omg no I don't want hanging carcasses in my home LOL. Also I don't think the wine cooler is climate controlled it looked like just a closet. But for wine people that's like a reasonable amount of wine.
I just don't think that apron front sink is right for that more modern design. I would have done a full under mount sink or a stainless sink with the apron front... I just feel that apron sinks are now being overused in design even though they are more of a farm house type sink.
Good kitchen. I wish someone would stop circulating this floor plan all over the country, it's a bit repetitive, only different things are the interior treatments and the exterior elevation but otherwise the same basic floor plan.
I'm not seeing the $1.4 million price tag being that it's outside of Richmond lol. Additionally 1 laundry room on the downstairs...what... also... THE WINE CLOSET IS NOT TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED WHAT THE HECK?!
I like this on the inside but the outside is not speaking to me. As somebody else said, I am not a fan of painted brick, I don't like the look and it is a maintenance nightmare once the paint starts failing. The outside of my home is brick (not painted) and all the trim and windows are maintenance free...never will need to paint. Inside the Wine Room needs to go, make it a good sized needed Coat Closet. Get rid of all the gold fixures, just a fading fad in my humble opinion. I don't like the tub in the Master, sicks out too far...I have used a marble tub, I found it to be cold, hard to heat up. Other than those things for me it looks like a million dollar home. OH, that bookcase door I'd have moved up to the hallway, it being reccessed as it is gives away that there must be something down that hall behind it.
I think the ending was cut short?
Did you miss my face lol? Sometimes you have to try new things but it’s just a test ☺️
This home is what dreams are made of. If you can imagine it, you can build it. Now you just have to be able to afford it. Wow! Love all of the room. That room downstairs was like a maze with the herringbone walls.
Really liked that every bedroom had it’s own full bathroom. Beautiful property!
The button light switches are so retro!!! Love them!😍
Super old school light fixtures. One of my new favorite homes you've done!
LOVE IT!!! The only thing missing is a basement.
Nice home. Upstairs TV room needs a wet bar area with mini fridge. Back porch needs a built in grill/fridge/sink area. Otherwise, very nice.
Exactly for $1.4 million ... trippin
Absolutely gorgeous! My kind of home!
This is one of the most beautiful homes you have featured. Thrilled to see the black toilet- I just purchased one yesterday🎉
Those buttons are old fashioned, my grandfather's house had those and it was built in the very early 1900's.
yes, I remember this style of light switches in my great grandparents' home. It was built in the late 1890s.
Yes, I was thinking they were old fashioned. I've seen them in older homes.
We had light switches like that in the house I grew up in, in a couple rooms.
That’s exactly what I said when he was so thrilled. Gave me a good laugh. I don’t think there is any 2-wire electrical running behind these ones, however 😂
Did the video cut off for anyone else?

Love the couch too!
I loved so much about this home. One of my favorites! Ty for showing
I want this home ❤
I absolutely really love the layout of this place!!OMG I really love the built-ins and I especially love the master bathroom! I really love the hidden room upstairs.
Design and decorum is excellent
Its so gorgeous, the floor plan and design is amazing as always. 😍❤
Nice 🏡 house Tim thanks for showing
This home is absolutely beautiful. I love it!

That wine room would be my 2nd pantry
Brilliant lay and design. Truly spectacular
The best layout off all. tiles to ceiling well made 100 thumbs up.❤❤❤❤❤❤

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING ❤

Overall, beautiful.
You forgot to say I’ll see you in the next one
I wish they had let you tour the first home! It would have blown your subscribers away
Would someone put up shower curtains for those secondary en-suite bathrooms? Surely not, right?
Beautiful
Lovely
Love your videos, but can you do homes that are a little more affordable. Maybe 500k ballpark
He already has videos in that ballpark as well as another channel dedicated to affordable homes.
He does those all the time. The homes he's been showing just recently have been a very welcomed treat. Because unfortunately in terms of style and quality, the more affordable homes aren't saying much these days. 😔

Beautiful and unique home. All the showers need seats for this price.
Vraiment magnifique ❤
Designers really need to knock it off with the gold and brass hardware. It’s a trend and trends don’t last.
Big house small laundry room. Not a huge fan of the maze looking like walls and the green. But a beautiful house.
why do these houses have such tiny doors?
I really like the fact that the interior and exterior balustrades match, although it looks like they are built differently. I can’t tell but it looks like the interior guard/railing is wood, and the exterior looks like metal. I just can’t tell if it’s welded or hinged. Either way it looks great. Nice house, but not a fan of painted brick
Monaco designs, their homes like the old apartments in Manhattan

Interesting how you didn't even comment about one of the most interesting and different bathroom sinks.
Maybe the camera angle, but the double garage depth looks short
Way too Great Gatsby art deco roaring 20s. Over the top!!!

No. Those weird walls & the tub in the master suite is just in the middle of the floor!
lol you got tickled. I had an asthma attack and I don’t have asthma. Lol …

Would change the microwave placement. Too low
Interesting home, but for the money it cost, it should have two walking in closets. Because people with money like clothes
No forced yellow or red arrows on thumbnail??! I have no reason to pick on you anymore!😊
This is the worst house I've ever seen.
