  • The number 1 thing to do to get a math problem correct is to show all the steps in writing out the solution process. In this video I will go over why it’s so important to focus on showing all your work in a math solution in a neat and organized manner. I will also cover a few other important items that math students need to focus on to be great at math.

    You mentioned to double-check at every step. One thing you didn't mention is to take the solution and plug it into the original equation to confirm your answer. This is more important than double-checking at every step.

      Off the top of my head, I would recommend Geometry for Dummies. I've used various "For Dummies" books several times for everything to algebra and electrical wiring to typing and computer programing.
