I can buy ALICE using the EX S Gundam could beat Amuro in the Nu Gundam. Though I suspect part of that would be Amuro being confused by sensing Ryu Roots intentions to do something he's not capable of (he is canonically a mediocre pilot AT BEST), while ALICE takes Ryu's intentions and actually does something amazing with it.
