The class is a complete mixture of people who have natural rhythm and pick up the steps quickly to people who really struggle to do the basics. But it is a really lovely supportive group and nobody judges anyone. Try not to feel self conscious or worry about it - just enjoy it and release your inner Darcy😆🥰

Going to one of those scary fest things is beyond my worst nightmare! My daughter went on a ghost walk at midnight once and I don’t think she’s ever got over it! So happy Lilia is coming home soon! Take care x
I think your eye lids look much better Ali, it appears the Rose water for cleansing is doing a good job, I swear by it. I think I would have failed miserably with the quiz, not too keen on horror movies but I do like a psychological thriller! Really enjoying your vlogs. When you said “I’m taking a squash to bed”, I had this vision of you cuddling a butternut squash under the covers & laughed out loud. I grew up in England but we don’t have squash here in Canada. Not sure why as it is delicious!

This time of year the do Fright nights, I do believe it’s quite famous. 🧐 My children have gone through their teenage years. Now ones a mum so I’m an oma 😊, the other is now a performer in Walibi. It's not the vegetable, it's a fruit and sugar concoction that you dilute with water. Often orange but there are other flavours. You may call it cordial 😊
I feel silly asking, but what is squash? I bring a Yeti full of water to bed with me and now I am wondering what I am missing out on. I don't even know if we can get squash(the squash you drink) here in New England. 😊
Hi Ali. This is going to sound strange but have you had your thyroid checked? I've noticed that it seems enlarged. I only mention it because mine was enlarged and had to be removed 17 years ago. I encourage you to have it checked.
Oh my goodness! If I drank that much water/squash at night, I would spend the whole night in the bathroom lol

Squash is our word in the uk for cordial? You mix it with water!
