Man look on the outer appearance, but God looks at the heart. People are so quick to judge. If it bothers you that much pray for people. Yes, women should dress in modest apparel, but the bible doesn't say you can't wear jewelry. Its say don't let this be the main thing that people focus on the braiding of the hair, etc. Just because women wear no jewelry, no pant makeup and wear dresses down to the ankles doesn't mean they are going to heaven. Ultimately, God search the heart of every human being to see if it is pure towards him and others.
