    I go by my grans rule 'no fat, no sugar, no point' she lived to 93 and was never over weight.

    This is brilliant. I love how Delia tries her very best to persuade us that she gives a shit about low fat ‘healthy’ cookery!
    She’s appeased the letter writers... back to normal cooking next time!

      she has been health conscious over the years, as you can see she looks prettier and fitter now than years ago! she cooks, but she's not sure if she eats what she cooks where there is too much butter, cream and sugar!
