Jake E Lee was the best in my opinion but it has to be said there's a very thin line between Ozzy guitarists(Gus G was the only one who recorded weak album with Ozz).
Randy Rhoads certainly deserves the accolades and respect but the offense must have been great to scrub Jake's work. Unless motive was based solely on monetary concerns which would be bloody disgusting. Zack's no slouch however the material they gave him began to decrease in quality abruptly.
